Nice hotel in an amazing location for a reasonable price.
Very good breakfast options. Nice option to have a terrace/balcony.
I would recommend it to everyone.
It could be a little cleaner after every time after the cleaning lady entered in the morning.
Also, there is no toilet brush which was weird.

Convenient, clean
The shower was dangerously slippery and the hot to cold water was difficult to set without it being ice cold or scalding hot. Also desk lamp kept shutting off every 30 secs. Front desk receptionists were grumpy almost unhappy to be there at checkin and at checkout. They dis not greet you when we went out for the day nor returned for the evening

The location of this hotel is exceptional. the nearest metro station was only 2 minutes away walk from the hotel. Been in this hotel for three nights and everything was beyond my expectation. from check-in to check-out.

will definitely stay here again when i come back to Barcelona!.

The hotel advertises themselves as "pet friendly". But the taxi company they work with doesn't take pets. Change the taxi company. I almost missed my train

It was a quiet location. The property was in good condition. And the elevator worked perfectly while I was there.
The bathroom. The head shower point straight to the wall where the exit is. This makes the water runs all over the floor which can be dangerous if you slide. See pics

Very comfortable beds, decent breakfast for extra charge, safe neighborhood and on main street with lot of options for restaurants. Just few feet from Metro Paral.lel station.
The night shift staff and then the response since then from Hotel Management regarding a checkout issue I had when my flight got cancelled at 6am

I’m very picky about beds and after not sleeping for 10 days on a Europe cruise, I slept like a baby here for 4 nights. It is a great location for Parallel Metro station that is just 2 stops to Espanya and 3 stops to Catalunya Metro stations. This is a Main Street so lots of restaurants and 10 min walk or metro to La Rambla. There was also a laundromat downstairs as I needed one after 10 days on cruise. Juan the manager and other Juan at reception were very helpful and also the lady at breakfast (which is 13 euros). I did have an absolutely terrible experience though with night shift staff, which I will describe in next section.
To Hotel Management: Night Shift guy should be immediately removed in my opinion.. he is not only not helpful, he is also extremely rude. I checked out at 6am to go to airport, just after 10 mins of waking out of hotel, I got message from Delta that flight was cancelled, so I turned around and came back to hotel in like 25 mins of checking out. The guy refused to give me the room key and extremely rudely said he cannot do nothing for me as I already left. I said, my flight got cancelled so I have until 11am to checkout and need the room to keep my stuff and figure out flight situation. He was again very rude and refused to give me room and said cleaners were already cleaning and someone moving to my room. At that point, I looked again on booking.com and rebooked hotel for another night …. Then Guess what, this guy gave me my same room and not cleaned. So basically he completely lied to me earlier. This is no way to treat a guest in your hotel and city whose flight got cancelled at 6am! Rest of your staff is nice and caring, you have a great property as well and this night shift guy is not at a good representation of your hotel. Please take this seriously and remove this person from your staff.

The hotel is close-in to many attractions. It is quiet, clean, and just off the main road (Parallel). Staff very pleasant and helpful. I stayed in room 510. While the bedroom was fairly tight the bathroom was modern and well-appointed. There was a large terrace with a table and 2 chairs. I’m apprised it’s only rated 2 stars though. It should be higher.
Bedroom a little tight. But it served its purpose ?

Had a hard time working the hot and cold water in the bathroom sink. We didn’t ask for help so that was our fault!
