Amazing location, nice rooms, friendly staff, balcony with the room. Will definitely go again when in Barcelona.
Check-in painfully slow - we did the online check in as suggested by the venue, but we had 3 guests in front who did not and delayed us even speaking to the reception by 45 mins!

The location is very centrally located and top.
The rooms are very small. Staff ‘forgot’ to clean our room despite leaving at 10am and leaving the sign out that says ‘clean my room’. When I asked for extra bottled water they said they didn’t have any despite the fat I saw a delivery come in hours before.

The location is perfect, this is what the hotel is about. Staff is really nice, very polite and ready to help.
Well, if you are planning to book a hotel simply for sleeping, that's the one. Standard double bedroom doesn't have much space and I think it is a bit annoying. If like space, forgetit, or try to book a biggest room, that one with the sofa. I believe I was lucky to have a proper ensuit, like the whole bathroom within the same space, so that's helped a bit, because the images show that there are some bedrooms that its pretty much bathroom separeted of the toilet, or something like that.

There was no air conditioning in the elevator, hallways or lobby, and the one in the room didn't cool enough.

The location is great. The room are very small in the shower What leak onto the floor the sheet that was on the bed would always come off, and you’ll find yourself with your head on a dirty mattress.
There was one staff member. I can’t remember his name. He was very rude. When I told them that the shower was leaking onto the bathroom floor. All that was offered to me, was a mop.
