Location. On la Rambla. Lots of eating options nearby. The room is reasonably sized.
Not restaurant at the hotel. They provide a packet breakfast (if booked), which you can eat on the rooftop.

Location and staff. The staff is very polite, all of them, and the location is good.
The things I didn't like were the small room with a view of the wall, from both the bathroom window and the room window, the very poor breakfast, some dry and hard croissants, etc., and also the worst part was that the elevator didn't work for 2-3 hours during breakfast and check-out time, which forced us several times to climb all the way to the 6th floor on foot. I understand maintenance needs to be done, but at a more convenient time. The price paid and the quality do not match at all. I am disappointed.

Wonderful
location, less than 10 mins walk to Passeig de Gracia (Metro station, Casa Batlló and big shops) about 15 mins to Plaza Cataluña (airport buses). Lots of bakeries and eating places and several supermarkets. Sagrada Família about 25mins in other direction. Not too noisy with the windows closed considering it's central position but I was there on a Tuesday night, not weekend.
Junior suite a good size with a settee and a little balcony. Large comfortable bed.
Staff helpful and friendly.
Price good as I booked a way ahead but otherwise would be too much for me travelling alone. Would definitely stay again if I could get a similar price.
Tea & coffee machine on the roof terrace between 7am-5pm but would have preferred if there was access to hot water all of the time.
Lighting was too fashionable. Lots of little lights but still too dim for me.
Bathroom very compact and had to put towels on the floor to mop up the leaking water. If the overhead rose worked then i think this could be avoided.
Hard Spanish pillow as usual, how do they sleep?
Fire safety instructions/evacuation routes not clear enough.

The location of this place was amazing, surrounded by all coffee shops, restaurants and etc. It was close to most attractions. The rooms itself were well presented, they were being cleaned every day
The bathroom door isnt closing properly and there is always water going out.

The location is very centrally located and top.
The rooms are very small. Staff ‘forgot’ to clean our room despite leaving at 10am and leaving the sign out that says ‘clean my room’. When I asked for extra bottled water they said they didn’t have any despite the fat I saw a delivery come in hours before.
