Fabulous room with a view over the square. Very warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We had lunch in the restaurant Nineteen and can thoroughly recommend.

Sfaff was amazing. Receptionist gave us a warm welcome, very emphatic. She noticed we were extremely tired so she offered a coffee and tried to hurry up the check in as soon as she could. That was truly appreciated. Walking distance from the ciudad gotica, casa La Pedrera, casa Batló, not far from Guëll Parc, there is a metro station right in the hotel door. We used biciclets to move around which are also at the hotel gate.
- Room was perfect: extra sofa bed and spacious. There is a coffee station in the room and also in one of the floors. Place to chill/work.
- Breakfast is 5 stars: all baked products are clean, fresh, organic and healthy as well as other gourmet options. Freling like home

"Exceptional Hospitality and the Perfect Start to Our Barcelona Journey"
When we arrived at the hotel, we were met by Guido, who was arguably the kindest person we encountered during our stay. Despite our early arrival, he went above and beyond to arrange an early check-in for us, meticulously checking every room to see if any were ready.
Even when we faced some unexpected credit card issues due to international usage, Guido remained incredibly patient and helpful, putting our minds at ease. Thanks to his dedicated effort, we were able to settle in much earlier than expected.
The location is absolutely unbeatable—right near Las Ramblas, making everything from shopping and groceries to public transportation incredibly convenient. Beyond the location, the entire staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and genuine hospitality. We couldn't have asked for a better home base in the city.
Wifi was in trouble everyday, I think it's due to too many people was using at the same time.
But we never did any complaint, because I has a nice e-Sim data plan.

Excellent location! The rooms were comfortable, very clean and had an upscale feel. The staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the breakfast and felt the hotel was a good value overall.

Location is excellent, staff so helpfull, private parking is very safe. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Very nice location and spectacular view. Personal is great especially Emin Galustyan who made our stay feel speacial. Would defenetly recommend for your stay in Barcelona.

The hotel is located right in the midst of very busy Plaza de Catalunya; yet despite our room looking directly onto the plaza it was very quiet and we did not hear the street traffic. This made it a great location to walk to restaurants, cafes, shopping, La Rambla, the Gothic Quarter, etc. For visiting those sites a bit beyond walking distances, a taxi stand, bus stops, and the Metro are just steps outside the front of the hotel. The hotel staff were all very warm and friendly and helpful. We traveled as a family of three (my husband, me and 15 yo daughter) and had a great room to accommodate all of us. We did the breakfast our first morning and it was very good with lots of options.

Convenient , clean and good breakfast. Eventhough there have the construction nearby on the street. The atmosphere is quiet and make us good sleep. All staff are friendly and help . We stay for 4 nights and wish to be back here again next time
Need to repair hand shower as it is not fix properly so it make flood out in room 210. The wifi here is too slow , so we cannot download movie smooth.

Staff could not be kinder or more welcoming. Our room was 1010, on the top floor, with wonderful views. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. We loved our stay and look forward to returning
