Our stay at Olivia Plaza Hotel was exceptional and exceeded our expectations.
Perfect location.
From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. We arrived very late in the evening, just before most restaurants had closed. Ausama, who checked us in, went above and beyond to make our arrival smooth and stress-free. He kindly upgraded us to a better room, arranged for our luggage to be taken directly to the room while we went for a late dinner, and even accompanied us to park our car in the hotel parking garage. This level of personal service is rare and greatly appreciated.
The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant as well—and it was absolutely the right decision. The chef did an excellent job, and every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The service from the restaurant staff was equally impressive: attentive, professional, and genuinely warm.
The entire team made us feel valued throughout our stay. We travel frequently, and Olivia Plaza stands out as one of the hotels that truly understands hospitality.
We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Barcelona.
It was complicated to find the hotel parking on the first day. could be greater if they could send the instruction before the arrival.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at the Olivia Plaza Hotel during our time in Barcelona. The location is incredibly amazing—right in the heart of the city, making it so easy to get everywhere. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made our vacation even more special. Our rooms were spotless, very comfortable, and just wonderful. It is a true 10 out of 10 hotel in every aspect, and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for everything!

Exceptional location. Shops, resterants, markets, metro, bus lines right on our door step. The staff were so attentive to every need 24/7. They gave us a room with the best view in the house of the square. Mo was our concierge and took all our bags up to our room. He also gave us great recommendations for whatever we needed which was amazing. We had access to the gym and pool facilities in the olivia balme hotel which was 15 min walk away. Not one bad word to say. They also gave us free glasses of campagne on arrival and a couple kore randomly throughout our stay which was nice. They also provide free bottles of water on arrival and all throughout the stay at reception.

It was very comfortable and close to everything we wanted to see. We love to walk and everything is walking distance. The staff is exceptional. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer.

Easy to navigate. Great size room and lovely space. Staff were excellent and always made it feel so welcome. It was a brilliant hotel and we would love to return! Will definitely book Olivia hotel for future excursions.
Some areas of the room and and bathroom needed refinishing/ repairing (e.g wall paper peeling off, lights and floor looking extremely worn out). Also some of the areas around the bathroom felt very unclean - however this could be due to it just needing a refresh.

The location was phenomenal! The staff was very helpful and friendly and brought us champagne and macarons which were delicious! We only stayed one night but it was very comfortable and convenient to everything.
