It just meets every expectation of an inexpensive inner city 4-star hotel. Rooms are spacious!
Lounge on the L floor is less than perfectly clean, and coffee machine there was broken. Wifi works poorly with Macs sometimes (the staff acknowledges the issue but has no fix for it).

The chair for working table is not very good . As I stayed for work , not for holiday , so it would be great if they could have a normal chair

Amazing staff. Accommodated our every request like early check in and late check out. They even gave us complimentary champagne!! The room and the view was simply amazing.

The location was the best aspect of the hotel.
I thought it was a bit overpriced for the room, especially since no breakfast or even coffee was included. The bathroom was really small, the pillows were flat and the sheets not soft.

So well located, can walk to everything in the city centre. Hop on off buses across the street. Around the corner from La Rambla. Was upgraded on arrival to hotel. Great airconditioning. Staff were so helpful and friendly.

Location was excellent. Easy access to taxis, buses, and all directions of the City. Loved the view from our third floor room out over the plaza. High quality room furnishings, nice decor, great lighting, awesome water pressure and shower facilities. Front desk staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Air con worked well.
Only complaint was that the bed was too hard for my comfort. But staff added some padding for second and third nights, and were willing to change the mattress for a softer one but by then we were checking out so didn’t bother to change.

Fantastic location, walkable to all the sights. We were upgraded which was a lovely gesture. The staff are absolutely amazing! They helped with all the questions we had and very, very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble and when I hurt my foot they kindly sent ice up and followed up to check I was okay. Honestly, a fab hotel which I would recommend unreservedly.
