The staff were incredible and bent over backwards to accommodate us while in the hotel.
The Tour d France was in Barcelona on the day we needed to catch a cruise ship. The hotel never mentioned this, and it greatly affected our ability to get where we needed to go. They should have told us in advance, as we could have been prepared and made arrangements. As it turned out, we had to walk in August heat more than 4 miles to the cruise port dragging our luggage

The location was central to what I was there to see (and is wonderful generally). The room was large, well appointed, and had a very comfortable bed. Room service was absolutely excellent. I had a stunning beautiful breakfast in my room. Excellent showers and amenities.
Nothing, I love it!!

Our room had a balcony overlooking the square and was just fantastic; especially at night. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel location was unbeatable. Cabs and buses were just across the street! The included breakfast buffet provided a good variety of both hot and cold options. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.
We found nothing to merit a negative comment!
