Superb location. Very very comfortable beds. Receptionist Mr Ottoman was exceptionally helpful generous and concerned.

Very spacious for a boutique hotel. The view of the city square from the room was beautiful. Can’t say enough about the amazing staff. All went of the their way to accommodate us. Special shout out to Max.

Interesting decor. Convenient neighborhood. Good furnishings. Exceptional kitchen and bathroom. Everything you need for toiletries, etc., just bring a change of clothes, really.
Noisy neighborhood. Had to slep luggage up the hill because we came in late in the evening.

The location is perfect! Right on the outskirts of the Gothic Quarter and around the corner from La Ramba. We could walk to many places. The staff is exceptional! Very friendly and all but housekeeping spoke English very well.
Not the hotel’s fault but there was a big celebration citywide this week. A big concert area was set up across the street in the Plaza Catalunya. Our first night there, the music festival went until 2:30 am!! The music was very loud. Not good for jet lagged travelers who stayed up over 24 hours to try and get on the proper time schedule from the US.

From the very first moment, the service was exceptional. Nabil welcomed us with a big happy smile, wonderful service, a glass of champagne, and when we left for our day of adventure handed us water bottles to stay hydrated. It’s the kind of place that thinks of every little detail to make your stay special. Could not recommend it more.

Great location. Plaza Catalunya was busy - but our room was quiet despite facing on the plaza. Staff was friendly and attentive; room is larger than typical European. GREAT shower with superior products. Air conditioner was good and fully operable.
Lighting could have been better with some micro controls to light specific parts of the room. There were some but reading lamp would be helpful.
