We got upgraded for room in floor 8 with a view, got early checkin and everything was clean and we got coffee every morning

Hotel is located centre of the plaza cataluna. The people that work at the hotel is very helpful and kind.
Breakfast was great.
Room clean will be better. House keeper was very kind but rooms should be more clean.

The service was absolutely amazing. We were hosted like queen and king. The staff is fluent in multiple langage and they were wonderful.

Amazing staff, amazing location, amazing room with a view. We were upgraded to suite. Everything was perfect. Would highly recommend it.
The only problem for me as a very light sleeper was that we could hear a bit from the noise outside. But this is the heart of the city on placa Catalunya... To be expected.

Had a room with terrace and great view over the Placa de Catalunya. Hotel just metres away from Las Ramblas and the Mercat Boqueria food market. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay.
