Staff could not be kinder or more welcoming. Our room was 1010, on the top floor, with wonderful views. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. We loved our stay and look forward to returning

Excellent location, in the heart of Barcelona, easy to get anywhere by foot or taxi. Fantastic staff, they went beyond and above to make us feel comfortable. We got a very spacious suite for a great price overlooking the square. Highly recommend it for families with kids. Comfortable, clean, quiet. Delicious breakfast. We'll definitely come back again.
Wifi was not great in our room so don't plan to work.

The staff could not possibly be kinder or more hospitable. They asked after us and our needs every time we came in contact with someone. The room was lovely and very comfortable. We had a view of the plaza from our room and it was beautiful. Breakfast is fresh and delicious and you cannot beat the location. They are even holding luggage for us now while we moved on to another city for a few days. Looking forward to our return to Olivia Plaza later this week.

The hotel, the service staff and the service itself were excellent. We really enjoyed the breakfast provided and the dinners we had at the hotel were excellent.
It was absolutely unacceptable that there was no way for a us (the customer) to access the hotel property after a late night arrival. My phone was stolen as a result of not being able to immediately enter your hotel after hours and the staff’s response was that the doors are locked for security reasons! What about the security of new arriving customers?!? Your business cannot afford a camera and telecom system for paying customers to enter after hours? This event tainted my first and only visit to Barcelona. I have no plans to return to this city or your hotel, very disappointing!
