Location was great, but the staff was phenomenal. We travel a lot and this staff was first class; they were kind, professional, very efficient. If I owned a hotel, I would hire the whole staff and my hotel would be at #1. We had diner at the 19 restaurant and they only had 3 employees working that shift, but they worked so good as a team, you thought the restaurant had 8 people working. Great job, and will reccomend this hotel to anyone I know going to Barcelona.

Location, and staff was great. Breakfast also very good.
The cleaning of the room was bad. The shower is not convenient and the room itself is ok if you are alone there. But if there are two people, there is no privacy near the toilet and the shower. Another person can see and hear everything you do :)

We were upgraded to a great city view. Also, were welcomed with a bottle of champagne. Staff was super friendly and met all our expectations and requests. Location was a plus.

The huge window in room. Design of room. Champagne greeting w chocolate, champagne sandwich lounge with nice magazines was nice. Size of hotel not enormous, we liked a lot. Great concierge.
