The location was Great!
The hotel is beautiful!
They have lots of staff who are all pleasant.
The bed was marginally comfortable but the pillows were awful!
The cheap faucet in the shower seems to be made of plastic and turns to the LEFT to turn it off. You need to use 2 hands to turn it.
The fake wood flowering creaks with every step you take.
I get the impression they built a beautiful hotel in a great location, then ran out of money as they were finishing and use cheap things at the end.
The restaurant is also marginal. Okay to poor food
So....Replace the cheap faucet in the shower, replace the floor and install properly, then replace the marginal mattress and awful pillows one expects to find in a hotel where you spend $500 per night.

The hotel is in an excellent location—peaceful and not crowded—yet close to restaurants, attractions, and shopping areas. The room is large and spacious, and the breakfast is excellent. Above all, the service provided by the entire hotel staff is truly exceptional. Highly recommended.

We've been lived in the hotel with 1.5 y.o baby for 1 week and that's so far one of our best staying in hotels ever. Great services, outstanding staff who always helped us with all our requests during our stay there for 24/7. Perfect breakfast and of course the great location in the city where you can reach Rambla and passeig de Gracia in 5 min by walking and metro station nearby.
Big thanks to the hotel staff and we definitely recommend this hotel, it worths it for sure.

Everything so clean - extra special staff - you felt nothing too much trouble for them - location fab - breakfast fab - central location - gestures like chocolates in room on arrival - bottles of water - welcome drink - fluffy towels with good toiletries

We loved everything about the hotel. Its cleanliness, the staff and restaurant. Jaime our bartender was so nice and friendly.
Just that they don’t have outlet converters in the rooms, but if you need one you can call reception

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The front desk was easy to reach and polite.
I had an issue with my reservation, but the booking/reservation department never answered despite multiple calls during business hours. Even Booking.com couldn’t reach them, as confirmed in the email I attached.
