Everything so clean - extra special staff - you felt nothing too much trouble for them - location fab - breakfast fab - central location - gestures like chocolates in room on arrival - bottles of water - welcome drink - fluffy towels with good toiletries

We loved everything about the hotel. Its cleanliness, the staff and restaurant. Jaime our bartender was so nice and friendly.
Just that they don’t have outlet converters in the rooms, but if you need one you can call reception

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The front desk was easy to reach and polite.
I had an issue with my reservation, but the booking/reservation department never answered despite multiple calls during business hours. Even Booking.com couldn’t reach them, as confirmed in the email I attached.
