The hotel staff and everyhting about it was amazing. The attention to customer service and details is extraordinary. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend everyone I know to stay here when in Barcelona.

Great hotel in an excellent location. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby and close to many metro lines. Easy to get to from the airport. Friendly staff and good service. Good breakfast.

The best part of our stay was definitely the staff. They were genuinely kind, professional, and always willing to help. Their attitude felt sincere, and they made us feel very welcome.
The breakfast was also excellent. The variety and quality were top-notch, with everything you could want for a great breakfast experience. We also had lunch at the hotel, which was reasonably priced, and the steak was excellent.
The main disappointment was the room design. The layout was not very practical. In our room, the toilet was separated from the bathroom, the sink was placed inside the bedroom area, and the shower was also separated. The shower had glass doors, and although they were not completely see-through, there was still a lack of privacy. As I was travelling with my daughter, this arrangement was quite uncomfortable and inconvenient.
I requested a different room, and although the hotel kindly offered another one, it had a similar layout and did not really solve the issue.
There were also some practical problems with the room. The wardrobe was quite small and did not have enough space even for our clothes during a short stay. Some of the design choices looked stylish but were not very functional for everyday use.
Even the toilet in the lounge had a glass door making it uncomfortable.
The hotel also has a small gym, which was acceptable, and a very small pool, which we did not use.
Overall, the hotel has excellent staff, great breakfast, and good food, but considering the room design issues and the price, I feel the value for money could be better.

Location safe and easy to walk to tourist areas. Very nice staff and facilities eg: Pool & Gym.
Staff very helpful from doorman to concierge to front desk and much appreciated only speaking English.
The lighting in the public toilet area in the lobby and in the lifts is a little dim. Perhaps the welcome drink poolside would have been better.
Knowing about the Tourist tax prior would have been good to learn.
