Great space! We receive an upgrade. Breakfast was average for a 5* hotel. Needs improvement.
Our room was only cleaned on half of the days of our stay. There was a day when we returned at 4 pm andit was not cleaned.
Additionally, there was excessive noise from the cleaners in the other rooms and the slamming of doors. Should invest in improving noise insulation.

Nice, clean, safe with an easy walk everything. Buses close by to go to Port Vell and plaza catalunya, gothic quarter. Staff were very friendly especially Olga at reception.
Just a minor thing, the shower water temperature sometimes took a bit of time to adjust.

We had a wonderful stay! The atmosphere, location, and service were all exceptional. Coming all the way from Saudi Arabia, we truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel is spotless and clearly prioritizes cleanliness and hygiene. A very special thanks to Olga at the front desk—she went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. The staff were incredible, especially Olga on the front desk who went above and beyond for me and my friend. So friendly and kind every time we met her and she made the stay so pleasant.
We mentioned our interest in shopping and she took the time to make a list of all the good spots for us to go.
