They were extremely accommodating and helpful for suggesting places to see and dine. We arrived earlier than the room was available. They offered to hold our luggage and allow us to walk around or to relax at their rooftop pool and lounge. Our room was very clean with separate tub and shower with a wonderful balcony to sit on.

The hotel itself is so nice, well designed and maintained - extremely clean, and found the rooms really comfortable (great air conditioning too). The staff were all great, friendly and helpful. And we loved where it was located - such an ideal neighborhood for walking around, shopping, restaurants, and not overly touristy.
Our only complaint was that we couldn’t get the shower to get hot, it was warm-ish but not hot. In fairness we didn’t call the staff to help, so likely could have been resolved but that’s the only thing I could think of!

The pool, breakfast, and facility are lovely with a great location! The rooftop pool is sublime.
Unfortunately, we went to the rooftop bar for a quick meal. Pizza and a salad. It was terrible. The pizza was like a frozen pizza and the salad arrived without dressing. It took 30 minutes to get dressing. I’ve eaten there before and it was great, so maybe a bad time?

At the checkout/ refund (cause i decided to change the hotel due to how depressing the room was) The staff where helpful and the refund was smooth
The interior design is REALLY dark and gloomy it’s depressing. the carpet had an obvious stain that looked recent. at the check-in country there was a McDonalds milk shake, not very 5 star thing to see when checking in

We had a wonderful stay! The atmosphere, location, and service were all exceptional. Coming all the way from Saudi Arabia, we truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel is spotless and clearly prioritizes cleanliness and hygiene. A very special thanks to Olga at the front desk—she went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. The room was well equiped with amethists, lighting was good, it was rather clean but they didn't look properly. The facilities were really good, the staff was super friendly and the location was great. The breakfast was also very tasty and variate.
The lining and towels were clean but the first impression was that they were not clean. They weren't dirty, but no proper folding, no smell, they didn't look very good. Also the hard floor, ciment maybe, didn't give you a very nice impression. For the price I've paid, I would have expected much more

The hotel met expectations with the staff exceeding. Nothing was too much, even though we stayed when Spain experienced the big powercut. You could this was not easy for any of them but they adjusted well under the pressure. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. It would have been useful for two of the coffee machines to have had milk but not the end of the world. Bar was good and quality and ability of bar staff was expectational. We travelled with my Dad who has low mobility and he could get around easily, the powerchair fitted through the entrance and into the lift comfortably.
