This property was in an excellent location. Close to food, shopping, and touring. What I truly loved most was the personal welcome card and the bottle of wine. That was so special to me and very unexpected.

This Ohla hotel is in a great location on a quiet block in lively Eixample, where you can find great shopping, food and sights such as La Pedrera. Our rooms where spacious and well designed. Breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful. The best part is the pool area on the roof, which makes a stay here a real vacation.

Perfect location, very good breakfast buffet. Clean and spacious rooms with nice amenities. The room was surprisingly quiet with great soundproof windows. There is also not so much traffic along this street. You can walk to La Rambla in just 1 minute.
Bigger twin beds, more variety in restaurant menu. We had twin beds, unfortunately, they are only 90cm wide and it's easy to fall off if you move a lot during sleep!

Mrs. Alvarez was an awesome organizer for the Valentine's room package. Staff are polite, and the room is extra clean every day. Breakfast and the staff were awesome, and the servers were great. Overall perfect

They were extremely accommodating and helpful for suggesting places to see and dine. We arrived earlier than the room was available. They offered to hold our luggage and allow us to walk around or to relax at their rooftop pool and lounge. Our room was very clean with separate tub and shower with a wonderful balcony to sit on.

The hotel itself is so nice, well designed and maintained - extremely clean, and found the rooms really comfortable (great air conditioning too). The staff were all great, friendly and helpful. And we loved where it was located - such an ideal neighborhood for walking around, shopping, restaurants, and not overly touristy.
Our only complaint was that we couldn’t get the shower to get hot, it was warm-ish but not hot. In fairness we didn’t call the staff to help, so likely could have been resolved but that’s the only thing I could think of!

The pool, breakfast, and facility are lovely with a great location! The rooftop pool is sublime.
Unfortunately, we went to the rooftop bar for a quick meal. Pizza and a salad. It was terrible. The pizza was like a frozen pizza and the salad arrived without dressing. It took 30 minutes to get dressing.
I’ve eaten there before and it was great, so maybe a bad time?

Disappointing
At the checkout/ refund (cause i decided to change the hotel due to how depressing the room was) The staff where helpful and the refund was smooth
The interior design is REALLY dark and gloomy it’s depressing. the carpet had an obvious stain that looked recent. at the check-in country there was a McDonalds milk shake, not very 5 star thing to see when checking in
