The property is very modern, located right in the center and the breakfast and rooftop were both amazing. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were extremely nice, professional and provided instant help for all our requests which made our stay even more special. Special thanks to Adelaide and Marcos!

The hotel was really clean and the room was very large with an amazing tub. The staff was friendly.
The bathroom was and all the doors were weird and hard to find/open. It was part of their design concept.

The staff were amazing throughout, but the morning reception team stood out in particular, genuinely some of the best check-in service I’ve come across, and I travel a lot. The room was great and the air conditioning was phenomenal. All round, an exceptional stay.

The hotel was amazing and the staff were welcoming and friendly Kataia from reception was helpful and nice.
The rooftop pool is amazing
There is no soundproof. My room was 803 and I was annoyed by the housekeeping staff noise outside talking, laughing,singing , arguing everything since early morning hours as the cleaning supply room was next to mine.
Housekeeping didn’t clean the terrace daily and didn’t change the used bath-rope they just hang it again

The doors were amazingly stiff. The restaurant was the most expensive I have paid for such poor service and food (dinner). The pool is great but the view is not as great as we first expected.
