Very nice hotel, good location, rooftop bar. We booked two rooms, both were modern, well-appointed and very comfortable.
Staff was very accommodating.
Amazing view from the rooftop bar.
Nothing, really. It was a busy time of year, so breakfast time was a little challenging, and the rooftop bar attracted a lot of selfie hunters, which we found a little annoying as we ate dinner and tried to enjoy it.

Great room and rooftop pool is lovely.
The restaurant downstairs the staff were incredibly rude to the point we actually left.

The staff were excellent, professional and super friendly. They made our stay more positive, especially Marc really cool and professional gentlemen. The overall stay was positive which few slight suggestions to be considered.
Key restaurant Michelin star wasn't available always but only on selected days. We booked the junior sweet with the intention that their was a balcony per the pictures presented but wasn't the case. The carpet of the room was not as clean as expected. And the price was higher than usual, we'd appreciate a slight adjustment for the facilities provided.

We have been robbed in our hotel room, money were taken from a bag and we suspect the cleaning lady, unless someone else had access to our room!
That overshadowed the whole Barcelona experience!

They sent me an email to ask me what kind of pillows I wanted. I went to the trouble of filling in the survey and everything and then they didn’t give me the pillows that I wanted.

Good location, nice rooms/rooftop.
As other reviewers have mentioned, the staff seemed to have no idea who we were, which hasn’t been my experience at other 5-star properties. We were there for a babymoon and nobody congratulated us in person once

location was excellent, room was very good size and nice facility. Breakfast was good.
staff at times didn't recognise me being a resident despite seeing them more than once. Also on check out there was a bill arttched to my room despite that It wasn't my bill and not signed by me and If I hadn't checked I would have ended paying for something other people attached to my room number.
