The location is the best, rooms are very big and very well equiped and are thoroughly cleaned every day. Breakfast was awesome as well as the food from the room service menu and the waiters always did everything we asked.
Even though the staff always did their best they seem quite lost in the process, they forgot our lunch box when we checked out early morning before breakfast (we asked twice and they confirmed it twice that it will be prepared) due to the flight schedule, they forgot to call us when we arrived that our room was ready so we waited outside not knowing it. Also, the windows can’t be opened (we don’t know why), so the air in the room is quite bad sometimes since you can’t open any window. Because of that, there is lots of mold in the shower so it is not a pleasant thing.
