I am very disappointed with the way this issue has been handled.
My reservation was cancelled without any valid reason, and several days have now passed, yet I still have not received my refund.
I have made almost all of my hotel reservations through Booking.com because I have trusted your platform for many years. However, this experience has been very frustrating and has seriously affected my confidence in your service.
I kindly request that you investigate this matter immediately and process my refund without any further delay. I would also appreciate an explanation as to why my reservation was cancelled and why my money has still not been returned.
I look forward to your prompt response and the immediate refund of my payment.

The hotel room layout, while not typical, was very spacious and ‘open concept’. There was ample lighting options in the room itself, which is usually atypical of hotel rooms. One of the most unique rooms I have ever stayed in at any hotel. The location was close to everything one would want during a stay in Barcelona. The staff were so kind and helpful. I saw the front desk receptionist help find another guest’s passport that was lost at another hotel, and I thought that was above and beyond. The bellmen were very helpful. Housekeeping refilled complimentary water bottles and coffee capsules daily.
I would say that although the pool area is very nice, the pool itself was smaller than expected. The fact that it wasn’t super busy while I stayed there is good as it makes it feel like your own personal rooftop pool. I would have appreciated a bidet in the hotel room’s bathroom. The in room dining’s quality of food was just okay.
