No opening windows in the room
Doors are not sound proof. Could often hear people in the hallway
TV did not have the function to watch stream services such as netflix, YT etc.

Wonderful hotel, conveniently located, clean, with a spacious room featuring comfortable and beautiful furniture. The service was outstanding. We were greeted with a bottle of sparkling wine

Location is good, the front desk staff are really helpful and the room was clean but too small. For the money we paid we wanted two arm chairs to relax in when we were reading

Rooms were nice, well equipped. Blackout curtain/wall was excellent. Near the main road and many museums and other attractions.
Service wasn't great. For example, they didn’t have adaptors and didn’t help you find one either. Same with other issues such as scheduling transportation to go to a nearby town or dry cleaners. Breakfast was mediocre. Location was good in terms of proximity to major attractions, but the streets were incredibly dirty (not hotel’s fault!).
