Rooms were nice, well equipped. Blackout curtain/wall was excellent. Near the main road and many museums and other attractions.
Service wasn't great. For example, they didn’t have adaptors and didn’t help you find one either. Same with other issues such as scheduling transportation to go to a nearby town or dry cleaners. Breakfast was mediocre. Location was good in terms of proximity to major attractions, but the streets were incredibly dirty (not hotel’s fault!).

I recently stayed at Hotel Star Central Barcelona for one night after my cruise, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location was absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore the city. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were exceptionally professional and friendly.
The breakfast provided was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options that set the tone for my day. Honestly, I loved every moment of it! If I find myself in Barcelona again, I would definitely choose to stay here. Highly recommended!

Outstanding Hotel & Exceptional Service!
My stay was amazing from start to finish. After checking out, I realized I had left my jewelry box behind. I contacted the hotel the next day, and they quickly located it and shipped it to my country. Truly impressive honesty and customer care!

The property is in prime location. The staff are EXCEPTIONAL . They erected very attentive kind and did everything possible to meet the needs and satisfaction of the guest . We miss Sadd for breakfast (so kind ) and his amazing co-workers . They did everything possible to make us feel at home btw we felt at home . They were very caring about daughter’s egg allergies. The front desk Illiana and the porters were very attentive informative too. The housekeeping was excellent attentive and on point with our room . It was my Birthday during my stay . They made sure I was celebrated thank you , Eurostar Central for making g my Birthday special .
There was NOTHING to not like .. it was EXCELLENT !!

The location was very good,
The staff was friendly, hotel was clean.
But the voices of other traveller were coming inside when they were walking inside corridors, it was very disturbing. Especially early mornings.

Good location
The staff was AWFUL! They changed for parking per day and our car was vandalized inside their parking. The manager did not want to help with anything. She was very rude and told me to go to the police or file a complaint with the government. Absolutely ridiculous! I do not recommend this place at all. It’s not safe and they don’t know how to treat their customers. HORRIBLE service all the way around!

This is my second time staying at this hotel and this time I didn’t like the rooms that they give us,
Door difficult to open make so much noice
Bathrooms on the booth rooms we have the water stay stay and is coming out from the bathroom door

The location is fantastic, near the Passeig de Gracia station. The room was spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and attentive and even surprised me with a bottle of cava and dessert for my birthday!!
The pool is small but it was nice and there isn’t a gym on site but we didn’t really need one with all the walking we did.
