At first, I got a room where the shower leaked all over the floor. After I complained, they moved us to a much more comfortable room

The staff were so helpful. They even gave us a welcome cake with a handwritten note which was really warm. They also left some surprises everytime they cleaned our room. Location is also very good as there are many eateries nearby and the train stop is a short away.

Location and the fact that is a small hotel so is not busy.
Tiny pool. If there is more than 4 people is crowded, also the fact that people was smoking in the pool terrace.

My reservation was cancelled without any valid reason, and several days have now passed, yet I still have not received my refund.
I have made almost all of my hotel reservations through Booking.com because I have trusted your platform for many years. However, this experience has been very frustrating and has seriously affected my confidence in your service.
I kindly request that you investigate this matter immediately and process my refund without any further delay. I would also appreciate an explanation as to why my reservation was cancelled and why my money has still not been returned.
