a/c on/off was not working. wc door locked itself. and phone in bathroom was not working. my wife was in panic for a long time until someone opened the door to her.

Very clean, good room size for a single bed, great WiFi strength, great and helpful staff. The location is also very good - just 6-8min distance from Les Corts metro station.
Noise insulation isn't good at all. You basically sleep when your neighbours decide to sleep. I could even hear the ones upstairs from my bedroom - they were so loud I thought they were sitting next to me. Luckily all my nearby rooms didn't make noise at unreasonable hours.

Clean and nice at good location, staff was really nice. Breakfast was standard and tasty
Nothing really we had breakfast included, but if not it would have been nice to have an option to make a coffee, but not really a big deal as there was a bakery near by.
