Location is great 3 minutes walk to Arc triumph 5 minutes walk to Catalunya placa and La Rambles street downtown..breakfast is full of variety and service in dining room was great
The best part of my stay when we in leave the bellman helped us to get a taxi, the young man gives us a handcraft Torre as a gift he made it

Very happy with pleasant and responsive staff. Facilities were clean and fresh. Breakfast buffet was abundant. Location felt safe and was walkable to everywhere we wanted to visit. Taxis were available right by the front door. Rooftop terrace was delightful!

The staff are really nice, and the rooms are quiet and well-equipped with plenty of amenities. The pool was great, larger than most rooftop pools and the bartenders in were very attentive. I’m never disappointed with this hotel.

The hotel’s inviting atmosphere and attentive service make it a place I would highly recommend. I am definitely planning to return to this lovely hotel for my next visit.

I was honestly desperate to get away from my hostel so this was my only option to remain in the area without having to take all of my studd across town and travel.
The gentleman that checked me into the hotel seemed unknowledgeable about booking.com. He assumed I was undocumented when I checked in and didnt seem to know the process of looking up the reference number for booking.com. Made me get my phone that was charging in my hostel just to look up my reservation. I felt $400 for a stay here is pretty steep. Especially because there are such average amenities. The pool looked more like a hottub. The outdoor area has a nice view but nothing to go crazy over. I also felt the gym was very small but average. The buffet breakfast seemed alittle over priced. $27Euro for basic breakfast you can have for less locally not having to interact with other travelers or kids

Very nice hotel - extremely helpful and friendly staff - great location - close to the Old town to walk and yet not the loud and madness of the old town - just perfect location and excellent walking distance to all places of interest. Returning tomorrow for another short stay?
All was good - parking is next door but we found it by chance and getting in was tricky!

The hotel staff were absoulutely amazing. I accidentally left my passport in the taxi and they went above and beyond to help me contact the taxi to get it back. I couldn't thank them enough for their assistance. The room was big the bathroom was super spacious as well. Tons of room for ladies' toiletries. Bed was a true American King and very comfy. Full length mirror and large closet with a safe. There was a mini fridge as well for your own items to keep cold. The hotel gym was decent and the roof top pool was awesome - they have a bar up there as well. The breakfast was included with our room and they had an awesome spread of options. The location couldn't have been better. Central to all the sights. We truly enjoyed our 2-night stay!
The Air Conditioning could have been a bit better. When taking showers the room gets bit warm/stuffy and the AC can't keep up because it doesn't seem to blow into the bathroom area. The AC only appears to blow into the bedroom area and the bathroom and bedroom are rather separate, so air doesn't flow super well between the rooms. There's a door in between the bedroom and bathroom area.

The staff kindly facilitated my arrival due to a very delayed flight. The hotel was beautiful, clean and in a very quiet clean neighborhood. The room was perfect for me and my family. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Robes and slippers were also provided. I loved the candies and drink refreshments that were in the reception area every morning. Additionally, I appreciated the free drink of my choice when daily clean up wasn't necessary. I would definitely stay in the hotel again if we are ever back in this area.
