The middle aged lady with fair shoulder length hair that checked us in on Saturday, needs to go on a customer service course it was very poor.

Location is great 3 minutes walk to Arc triumph 5 minutes walk to Catalunya placa and La Rambles street downtown..breakfast is full of variety and service in dining room was great
The best part of my stay when we in leave the bellman helped us to get a taxi, the young man gives us a handcraft Torre as a gift he made it

Room 109: 3 steps from bathroom to bed, bit dangerous if you don't put the light on at night!

We arrived in the early hours of the morning, it was nice to be met by a happy member or staff who was very efficient and friendly.
Couldn't really fault to hotel, there was a problem with no hot water on the Saturday evening, we phoned reception who explained what the problem was and told us when it would be rectified - which was very positive and helpful, so it wasn't really a problem as it was out of the hotels control, just a little inconvenient.
