Rooms where very clean. Spacious. Big body mirror was a plus. Air and heat worked great. Staff was super friendly and spoke English very well.
The walls are a little thin. Shower will have water on the floor if not careful.

I received the quiet room I requested on the 7th floor. It was small but clean and the bed was great.
Could have used a more spacious bathroom. It was so narrow it was hard to navigate.

the location was excellent and the staff were very helpful
I was quite disappointed with my recent stay. As a frequent guest of NH Hotels, I expected a certain standard that simply wasn't met here. The bathroom was in poor condition, with visible mold and significant staining on the walls. It certainly did not feel like a 3-star experience, and unfortunately, it has been the least impressive NH property I've stayed at recently.

It is close to Diagonal and not in touristic place. But, you can get anywhere in 10-15min by bus or metro. Shppoing mall and stores, and restaurants in 5 min walking.
Matrasse was not comfortable.

The location was good. Overall pretty close to Camp Nou and shopping. Lots of grocery options available too. Staff were all very nice.
The beds! They were very uncomfortable. Very hard and I could feel the springs from the mattress on my back. I didn't sleep well because of it. A suggestion when I went to Valencia I stayed at Venecia Plaza Centro. Their beds were the most comfortable I ever slept on. Wonderful. I checked them because I want to buy one. They are Dupen brand with a mattress topper. It's like sleeping on a cloud! You should investigate.

I was in town for work and breakfast didn’t start until 8am on weekends, which meant I paid for it but couldn’t actually eat on the day of my event. Would be nice if it could start a little earlier on weekends.

The bathroom toilet seemed to be loose. The sink backed up.
Please remind guests not to slam doors or scream. The walls are very thin.

Bed was cosy, room ambience ok.
There was a concrete pillar in the middle of the room without any form of luminous tag to help guide round it when the lights are not switched on. It could be a health risk if one should bump head into it.

Stuff was friendly and helpful. I like comfy bed, blackout curtains. A lot of things in the room is a little bit aged, but pretty clean.
No kettle, no tea/coffee in the room and I was not able to find coffee point (could be hidden somewhere, but I've never asked the stuff about it, because our stay was too short). What is crazy for me, is that there was no free water in the room. We've been charged for drinking two bottles of water out of fridge. That's not okay.

This is a very good hotel. The experience is very good. The location is around the bustling business district, and there are many bus stops within a 5-minute walk, which is suitable for reaching any corner of the city. The room cleaning is great, and the cleaning staff is very friendly. The hotel front desk is very friendly and helped me and answered all my questions.

Perfect escape served by helpful staff on a silver platter. The location is very accessible by use of busses, metro and train. I love that it's not so far from the city yet gives a laid back vibe compared to the busy Barcelona areas. All the staffs are accommodating but one that stands the most is Daniela, always assisted me with her warm smile ? She makes the best cappucino.
