I really liked the location & how there was a hair dryer. Their water pressure was amazing too.
As an American who gets heat strokes very easily, air conditioning was very important to me which is why I chose this place. I knew before coming to europe that the AC units are very different from Americans,but our room was marketed for AC. However, it did NOT have an AC in the room and I had to sleep with all the windows open ,so it was really noisy at night. When I called the first day, they confirmed there was no AC. Do not market this hotel for AC when it does NOT have AC. It also does not have a microwave which was a bummer.

We had a junior suite and it was very comfortable The bathroom and shower were great. The breakfast was wonderful with a great selection of pastries and made to order eggs. With a great staff, wonderful facilities, and an excellent location, this is a great choice for a vacation in Barcelona.

Great location! Staff was nice and rooms were clean.
The facilities and amenities are not what is expected from a 4 star hotel. From the lobby to the room it’s not well maintained or updated. Although the rooms are clean the peeling wallpaper, clogged drains and dated furniture makes the facilities feel worn.

I really liked the location of this hotel. The hotel rooms are very clean and modern. The breakfast was abundant and very delicious. It was a bit pricey since we went during peak season but I would definitely return and stay here on my next trip to Barcelona.
Staff was a little standoffish. Besides that, everything was great.

The location was perfect if you want to spend time outside of the busy tourist area.
The rooms are very outdated and drab, especially for the price point. Paying extra for a pull out bed that barely had any cushion to the mattress - you could feel the bars of the frame.
Despite the double windows, it was very noisy inside the room. Our room specifically looked over a bar or club - the party didn’t stop starting on Thursday.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive — they really made us feel welcome. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options every morning. Our room was cleaned daily and everything was spotless.
The only problem with our room might be that the room didn’t have a sofa or two chairs — just a small bedside stool and one chair — so there wasn’t really a comfortable place for two people to sit and relax inside the room.
Other than that, everything was perfect. The location of the hotel is amazing — one of the best areas to stay in the city. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!
