Dear Booking.com Customer Service,
Please provide an immediate update on my claim.
I am also extremely frustrated that the hotel is denying me breakfast even though it was included in my reservation. The hotel cannot charge me extra for something I already reserved and paid for, nor can they deny me a benefit included in my booking.
Please review my reservation and intervene with the hotel immediately. I expect Booking.com to honor the original reservation terms and resolve this matter promptly

staff were friendly, location was excellent
Booking.com rooms seems specific room which were not used for few days/weeks (last cleaning day was seems to be few weeks), can see the dust, and windows were hard to remove, had to call the reception and service man to help
