Staff was friendly
Very tired hotel. Temperature was not comfortable unable to have air conditioning which required us to open windows to cool room…..then we had to deal with very loud street noise.

The hotel was fantastic, the staffs customer service was exceptional and our room was cleaned serval times during our stay in our stay. We accessed the spa, which was also fantastic. Great location. Would definitely stay here again.

It was right behind a mall and steps away from the tram. There was a huge playground too. The staff were spectacular.

Staff were excellent and friendly. They prepared a sponge bob colouring pack for my little boy and hand cut a puzzle for him. Amazing.

The bed was comfotable and the shower was very good. We also liked the blackout blinds.
There were visible finger marks over a lot of the surfaces and also the TV reception was poor, it kept cutting out. There was also a faint damp, fusty smell when you entered the room. The breakfast was very poor. There was a poor choice of hot food and in fact it was not hot. The scrambled eggs were actually cold. My wife had a yogurt which she noticed was 3 days out of date after she'd ate it. We pointed this out to a member of staff and the just apologised and shrugged their shoulders. All in all the breakfast was very poor and very poor value for money.

Excellent location especially if you have kids. There is a nice playground next to the hotel and a big shopping mall with restaurants. Good breakfast. Room average but had a big bed.
If you choose it for the spa, DON’T go. There is no spa, there is only a jacuzzi and a tiny sauna room on the top floor. They don’t allow you more than 30 minutes per day and it doesn’t say it anywhere. Unacceptable! Most front desk employees are rude and don’t have time for you. I was calling the reception from the room many times and they would simply not pick up the phone! Service really bad in general.

Great location and a very comfortable hotel to stay in. Staff were very professional and attentive. Amazing service! We had a medical emergency during our stay and we couldn’t thank the night shift staff enough for all their attentiveness, genuine care and help with translations. Thank you!
