Lovely staff. Great location. Kept very clean. Great access to the city and the mall next door is fantastic. Lovely little play area for kids at the entrance of the hotel.
The suite was large and a great size, but, was a bit dated. The couch was peeling off in places and the general room itself was showing some signs of wear. The room itself was very clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable! Minor quibble as above.

Clean, spacious and modern hotel.
It isn’t obvious before going that the spa is €20 an hour to use. This left a bad taste when you pay €450 to stay for a few days. The spa staff were also rude and not friendly

My room was amazing, clean, big, with a great bathroom. The facilities were extremely clean and nice too.
Thes staff was super friendly and acommodating as well.
Coffee on the breakfast bar could be better.

All good. One minor thing maybe… I asked for the second robe the day I arrived and I never got it until I left.

The only low was not being able to enjoy the spa, one of the reasons I booked this hotel.
Great size room, great breakfast, just unfortunate the full spa/waters area was closed for the 3-4 days I was there.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was huge and very comfortable. Respect to the housekeeping staff because everything was so clean! The breakfast was amazing everything was delicious and beautiful. Waiters were so nice they brought the coffee to our table because they didn’t want us to wait. Stations, restaurants, shops are in the near. We loved to stay there and we recommend to other passengers to stay here.

The staff members were pleasant.
There was a significant and disturbing amount of flies in our room. I contacted the front desk, they said someone would come to our room while we were out. However, there was no significant decline in the presence of the bugs.
