Wonderful
Very well located hotel if you are driving and has safe underground parking (paid), the staff is kind and friendly. Very spacious room and bathroom, would recommend this hotel if you are travelling with kids because of the room size and safety of the area. We travelled as a couple and enjoyed all the amenities, including the spa. If you are looking for calm environment, in Barcelona, its an ideal hotel.
Housekeeping could be better - the first day they didn´t clean the room very well, afterwards I asked them to change the towels and they did not bother. Next day, the cleaning was much better. The rooms could have carpet next to the bedside.
Parking price could be more reasonable.

Excellent stay in Barcelona at NH Collection Constanza! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well located. The staff was friendly, professional, and always helpful. The room was quiet and well maintained, perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. Great value for money and we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

It was modern and clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet was excellent, with lots of options and very fresh produce.
The glass gap to the bathroom meant turning the light on in the bathroom in the night would wake my partner. The extra charge to use the spa was a disappointment given the price of the superior suite.

Good Location, close to the train station and well connected to other areas. Friendly and attentive staff: due to the holidays, we had a small issue and they could fix it and make up for it.
Good and varied breakfast.
Good Spa area offering massages.

Breakfast is great, and the beds are really comfy. The bathtub in the room is also a nice feature.11
I have been to this hotel multiple times and it's getting worse over time. Prices are relatively high, but that was ok for the high quality provided. We had a double room but some items were missing (only 1 bathrobe, only 1 pair of slippers). Also, they have decided to not provide toilet brushes in this hotel? We called because we believe that was also missing by mistake but they informed us that they don't provide them in this hotel, which is the first time I see this anywhere in the world, and especially at this price-point.
The spa and massages at the top used to be the highlight of this hotel and the reason why I kept coming back, but since a new external company took over the spa area this year, it has gotten much worse. The spa seems like it got older and it's definitely missing maintenance, the employees there were not as professional, the massage was ok but quite expensive, there's usually nobody at the spa reception even on your appointment time so you often have to wait and start your massage late. They're certainly understaffed and cutting costs, the experience is not great and definitely quite expensive.
