Disappointing
The lobby is probably the nicest part of the hotel that we saw.
Our room smelled like smoke when we walked in. They said they couldn't change it because they were full. Then we noticed the window had a crack in it (not to mention the scratched up mini bar). The room should have never been given to a guest in that condition, especially when we had made reservations weeks in advance.

The second floor of the hotel opens to a large pedestrian only plaza with numerous cafes, a playground, water area for kids, shopping and great gelato. The location of the hotel was a bit far from tourist sites and the coast but easily accessible by taxi or UBER.
The shower was a challenge and we thought the bathroom was poorly designed. Open shower with very narrow wall to prevent water spraying everywhere and a very slippery floor. There was no good place to hang a towel to keep it dry while showering that was easily reached. The shower control was not intuitive and actually had an instruction diagram in the shower to indicate how to adjust flow and temperature.

We loved the location. The park in the courtyard was splendid for our daughter. We also loved that it is just beside the mall. The hotel links to the green line of the metro which is very efficient to get to the tourist sites.

I didn’t have the opportunity to enjoy breakfast during my stay, but I thoroughly enjoyed the area and the fact that the hotel is conveniently connected to a shopping mall. The mall offers a wide range of shopping, dining, and snack options. The hotel’s Mexican restaurant is visually appealing and always exudes a lively ambiance. The room was spacious and comfortable. Although I didn’t have the chance to visit the spa facilities, I plan to do so during my next visit.
There’s nothing particularly unpleasant about my stay. The only thing I would have liked to have during my stay, but didn’t receive, was a bath rope (which many other NH resorts offer during the stay).

We had a chance to get access to spa. Breakfast had really wide variety. Rooms were good and staff were friendly.

The rooms were large and comfortable, and the room service options were excellent. It’s a good, business focused hotel versus a more family-focused property.
They pipe a perfume into the lobby that is very unpleasant. Also, the workout space is too small and has very little equipment.

When booking it says the spa is available for hotel gasts with premium rooms. This is only for half an hour and you have to pay for extra time. Also you have to buy head covers.
