Exceptional
Very tasteful and human centric room with a modern feel and good layout. Clean. A very good pair of men size slippers was included. Also a travel size toothpaste. Tasteful spa area. Kind staff. Hotel is very accessible, in a peaceful, local oriented location. Great.
It is close to stadium. There were loud groups of football fans who were loud and obnoxious at night. Likely this is the usual.

Large variety of foods in the breakfast. Great pillows. Body lotion and conditioner was available in the room. Friendly and service minded personel. One could exchange room cleaning for a drink.
Parts of the room felt a little "worn". But everything worked perfectly and it was clean. So this was not a problem.

This NH is in a good location, has spacious rooms and good facilities. The breakfast is good and varied.
I did not care for the penny pinching attitude: no complimentary water (and very expensive half liter bottles) access to the swimming pool is extra.

The staff was mostly friendly, the room itself was very spacious and bright, great bathroom with a big bath tub, I liked the pool in the spa area, the breakfast was nice, good value for money ration
I think I’ve got bed bugs from the hotel room. I can’t say it for sure but after my departure I’ve started to develop the typical bites on my skin and as this is a very big hotel with a lot of fluctuation and I’ve stayed there for two nights before the itching and everything began, I can very well imagine it’s from there. This is also the reason why I only have a neutral review regarding cleanliness (because superficially it was very clean). I was also somehow disappointed that the spa has completely closed on Sunday afternoon and evening and that only 30 mins are included if you have the better rooms (if not, no free spa access at all). The room itself was nice but not so cozy in the winter and hat a bit of w weird smell. Don’t regret staying there but I am not going to come back.
