Wonderful
Everything went well. Very comfortable Premium room. Silent and far from elevators as we requested. Very clean bathroom with excellent facilities. We got a Premium room as a special offer through Booking.com
We like vegetables for breakfast. We would have liked a better vegetable selection. This hotel is close to Sants. We would have preferred a more central location closer to all the bars and restaurants.

I've asked to cancel my reservation 10 minutes after I booked it and was told that I can't and that I will be charged. So I rearranged my schedule to check in the hotel. Upon attempting to check in, I was told that my booking was cancelled becauses the hotel was over booked. The hotel said they sent me an email. I didn't receive the email because it was within 24 hours of the checkin. Anyway, it was NOT ok for them to cancel my reservation when I requested for it, but they cancelled my reservation since it was going to be in their favor.

Beside (see below), everything was absolutely perfect. I'd go back and I'd recommend the hotel.
I asked for a quiet room, but there was a function on the ground floor. It didn't go on after midnight thought.

Central and convenient location. Really liked the Mexican restaurant connected to it and the super nice playground located in the back of it. Overall, the staff was very helpful and attentive. Our stay was excellent overall.
The pool was really basic and not enough shade provided.

Location is not good , staff are not friendly , we put a medication in the fridge of the hotel and the staff can’t bring it back on time because they displace it , check in was late around 2:00 pm

The staff was very helpful and kind. They could answer any question you had and help you in anyway.
The breakfast was a nice set up.
The location of the hotel was great. You had an amazing mall attached to the building and could walk to most places.
I asked for two adjoining rooms. One of the rooms was nicer than the other. The window in the room I was staying in was broken and the glass was cracked. You could open the window, but unless you knew where to apply pressure, it wouldn’t lock. The furniture was really beat up and the AC didn’t work well most of the time. Sometimes the hall way between rooms was cooler than my room. The room where my older children stayed, was much better kept, and they didn’t have any AC issues.
Mind you, the weekend which I went, was one of hottest Barcelona has had in a long time. The only time it seemed like it kicked in was that Saturday when it was the hottest day.
We stayed 3 nights and spent $2,000 American
Dollars. For that price, I would have expected a significantly better accommodations.
I was rather disappointed.
I have to go to Barcelona in November, and will look at other hotels.

Exceptionally hospitable and friendly staff, spotless rooms with a very comfortable bed, and a delicious continental breakfast. The location is perfect—just a 12-minute walk to the Les Corts metro stop and steps from great cafes and restaurants. When ride shares weren’t available, the staff even helped us hail a taxi. We’d definitely stay here again!

My wife fount it. Luckily we come togheter , imagine if I would have come later in the day or next one and found that piece of cloth . Instant divorce
I have claim it to the Reception desk but, still unacceptable

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived before the check in time but since the room was already cleaned, they accommodated us. There are many facilities nearby like the small shopping center in the corner of the hotel. Also the location was very good, near the public transport.
The equipments in the room weren’t very clean. They had a lot of not cleaned stains. Otherwise it was ok.

Good - medium Hotel. Nice, comfy, clean room, Right next to a shopping mall and a kids playground.
Free candy at the entrance :)
Medium prices.
Skip one day for cleaning and get a voucher for free drinks at the bar.
The location , its pretty far from a metro station. Also , 30 min. spa that you have to book previously.
Only 1 bathrobe for a double room, but i didn't use it anymway.
