Room was great and we really appreciate the location as so close to Shops etc and a SAFE CARPARK and you have a really good breakfast service and STFF are always so kind and helpful

Breakfast was excellent so much choice fruits yoghurts pastries breads salad and hot foods.The room was spacious and bed was very comfortable slept great.The reception staff were friendly and helpful.The reception area was gorgeous and very Christmassy.A shopping centre beside it and some nice bars and restaurants locally.
Nothing would stay again .We used the metro is a few stops into Playa Catslunga but we didn't mind.Thought the price for a dog per nite was very expensive at 35 euros a nite.

Little unhelpfull Restaurant staff, Bar area way to small... not allowed to have a drink only in the diningroom despite no folks there and Bar area crowded. Bathroom had some poorly solutions (shower) and for some unknown reason key to doot constantly needed to be changed
