Little unhelpfull Restaurant staff, Bar area way to small... not allowed to have a drink only in the diningroom despite no folks there and Bar area crowded. Bathroom had some poorly solutions (shower) and for some unknown reason key to doot constantly needed to be changed

The rooms were a very nice size, quiet, clean, great bathrooms. The hotel was a good location for what we wanted to do. We enjoyed the park space next to the hotel and the walking distance to a couple of shops. An Aldi grocery store was a few minutes walk away and we were happy to pick up some necessities there. The neighborhood felt quite safe and easy to get around. The staff was wonderful in answering all of our questions and very helpful helping to get a taxi the next day and offering umbrellas when we went out in the evening.
We paid for two rooms and wanted them to be next to each other or at least in the same hallway. They were on the same floor but required a bit of a stroll between. It wasn't a detriment to our stay, just not quite what we would have preferred. One of our rooms was available right away which was very nice, the second room took much longer than we were told it would be ready.

Everything went well. Very comfortable Premium room. Silent and far from elevators as we requested. Very clean bathroom with excellent facilities. We got a Premium room as a special offer through Booking.com
We like vegetables for breakfast. We would have liked a better vegetable selection. This hotel is close to Sants. We would have preferred a more central location closer to all the bars and restaurants.

I've asked to cancel my reservation 10 minutes after I booked it and was told that I can't and that I will be charged. So I rearranged my schedule to check in the hotel. Upon attempting to check in, I was told that my booking was cancelled becauses the hotel was over booked. The hotel said they sent me an email. I didn't receive the email because it was within 24 hours of the checkin. Anyway, it was NOT ok for them to cancel my reservation when I requested for it, but they cancelled my reservation since it was going to be in their favor.

I asked for a quiet room, but there was a function on the ground floor. It didn't go on after midnight thought.

Central and convenient location. Really liked the Mexican restaurant connected to it and the super nice playground located in the back of it. Overall, the staff was very helpful and attentive. Our stay was excellent overall.
The pool was really basic and not enough shade provided.

Location is not good , staff are not friendly , we put a medication in the fridge of the hotel and the staff can’t bring it back on time because they displace it , check in was late around 2:00 pm

The staff was very helpful and kind. They could answer any question you had and help you in anyway.
The breakfast was a nice set up.
The location of the hotel was great. You had an amazing mall attached to the building and could walk to most places.
I asked for two adjoining rooms. One of the rooms was nicer than the other. The window in the room I was staying in was broken and the glass was cracked. You could open the window, but unless you knew where to apply pressure, it wouldn’t lock. The furniture was really beat up and the AC didn’t work well most of the time. Sometimes the hall way between rooms was cooler than my room. The room where my older children stayed, was much better kept, and they didn’t have any AC issues.
Mind you, the weekend which I went, was one of hottest Barcelona has had in a long time. The only time it seemed like it kicked in was that Saturday when it was the hottest day.
We stayed 3 nights and spent $2,000 American
Dollars. For that price, I would have expected a significantly better accommodations.
I was rather disappointed.
I have to go to Barcelona in November, and will look at other hotels.

Exceptionally hospitable and friendly staff, spotless rooms with a very comfortable bed, and a delicious continental breakfast. The location is perfect—just a 12-minute walk to the Les Corts metro stop and steps from great cafes and restaurants. When ride shares weren’t available, the staff even helped us hail a taxi. We’d definitely stay here again!
The spa could have been better.

My wife fount it. Luckily we come togheter , imagine if I would have come later in the day or next one and found that piece of cloth . Instant divorce
