Booked a premium room for birthday celebrations didn’t receive international tv, slippers or bathrobes, spa was closed for the 3 days we booked very disappointed at price and lack of service

Staying at this hotel was a truly memorable experience for me. When they asked me if I have any special requests, I told I was pregnant and would be very grateful for a couple of extra pillows. Not only they brought all the the pillows in the world to our room, they’ve upgraded us to junior suite, put a big bowl of fruit in our room and signed the most lovely postcard wishing me a wonderful pregnancy. This kind of personal touch I’d keep in my heart forever.
The location is absolutely a hit if you plan shopping - it has a great number of shops in the walking proximity and a big shopping mall just around the corner. The breakfast has very good variety. I’d definitely come to stay here again, thank you, dear Constanza team!

“Very good hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. Breakfast was excellent and the overall service exceeded expectations. I would happily stay here again.”

Breakfast was excellent.
Roof Pool very disappointing. Very small, no views, no shade or parasols.
Asked at reception if we could go to a sister hotel but after calling they refused access.

Nice, extensive breakfast and excellent water pressure in the shower.
The room temperature varied from 23.5-25.5 degrees Celsius and was too hot for us in June. We did ask for it to be lowered and were told the thermostat is blocked as some people put the temperature down too low. The TV volume was set to not go above a certain level, which was fine for the Spanish stations as we could hear them easily but for the English stations it was too low and we could not really hear (and given we only speak English, this was not ideal). We misunderstood where the hotel was located and as the reception staff told us, we were not in the main tourist area which we wanted to be in, but this was our mistake.

We had a chance to get access to spa. Breakfast had really wide variety. Rooms were good and staff were friendly.

Only location is very good.
Small room, we stayed 4 days, but nobody clean the room, no body change the towels, even though I asked couple of times
