Terrific location with easy access to a large mall. The staff was always helpful.
My room looked clean and of a good size. However there was always a musty smell and I had to air it out whenever I came back to the room. I believe the lack of ventilation from the bathroom may have been the cause.

Super cozy, clean and comfortable place to stay. The staffs are friendly, very accommodating and are there 24 hours to help.
Nice and clean. Just beside the mall. Easy to go around to/from town. In PP there are different café, restau you can choose from.

It was right behind a mall and steps away from the tram. There was a huge playground too. The staff were spectacular.
It was quite far from where we needed to go. Some areas of the room needed a more thorough clean

Excellent location especially if you have kids. There is a nice playground next to the hotel and a big shopping mall with restaurants. Good breakfast. Room average but had a big bed.
If you choose it for the spa, DON’T go. There is no spa, there is only a jacuzzi and a tiny sauna room on the top floor. They don’t allow you more than 30 minutes per day and it doesn’t say it anywhere. Unacceptable! Most front desk employees are rude and don’t have time for you. I was calling the reception from the room many times and they would simply not pick up the phone! Service really bad in general.

The only low was not being able to enjoy the spa, one of the reasons I booked this hotel.
Great size room, great breakfast, just unfortunate the full spa/waters area was closed for the 3-4 days I was there.

The staff members were pleasant.
There was a significant and disturbing amount of flies in our room. I contacted the front desk, they said someone would come to our room while we were out. However, there was no significant decline in the presence of the bugs.

There was a strong humidity smell we had to change rooms even then my son kept complaining about not being able to sleep because of the strong smell in the room

Little unhelpfull Restaurant staff, Bar area way to small... not allowed to have a drink only in the diningroom despite no folks there and Bar area crowded. Bathroom had some poorly solutions (shower) and for some unknown reason key to doot constantly needed to be changed
