The room was very comfortable and clean. Very quiet, private. The breakfast - the same as in any hotel, but staff was very friendly and polite. Location - at first a little bit complicated, but understandable.
The working staff seems sometimes not to be understanding or speaking English very well. Most probably because of that some of them seem not to be very friendly...

Super cozy, clean and comfortable place to stay. The staffs are friendly, very accommodating and are there 24 hours to help.
Nice and clean. Just beside the mall. Easy to go around to/from town. In PP there are different café, restau you can choose from.

Staff was friendly
Very tired hotel. Temperature was not comfortable unable to have air conditioning which required us to open windows to cool room…..then we had to deal with very loud street noise.

The hotel was fantastic, the staffs customer service was exceptional and our room was cleaned serval times during our stay in our stay. We accessed the spa, which was also fantastic. Great location. Would definitely stay here again.
