When booking it says the spa is available for hotel gasts with premium rooms. This is only for half an hour and you have to pay for extra time. Also you have to buy head covers.

Terrific location with easy access to a large mall. The staff was always helpful.
My room looked clean and of a good size. However there was always a musty smell and I had to air it out whenever I came back to the room. I believe the lack of ventilation from the bathroom may have been the cause.

The location is great. Very clean room. Good space
A bit noisy on Friday and Saturday as there are bars around, but not really related to the hotel

We are regulars as love the comfy beds excellent breakfast and super helpful staff

The room was very comfortable and clean. Very quiet, private. The breakfast - the same as in any hotel, but staff was very friendly and polite. Location - at first a little bit complicated, but understandable.
The working staff seems sometimes not to be understanding or speaking English very well. Most probably because of that some of them seem not to be very friendly...
