All good. One minor thing maybe… I asked for the second robe the day I arrived and I never got it until I left.

The only low was not being able to enjoy the spa, one of the reasons I booked this hotel.
Great size room, great breakfast, just unfortunate the full spa/waters area was closed for the 3-4 days I was there.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was huge and very comfortable. Respect to the housekeeping staff because everything was so clean! The breakfast was amazing everything was delicious and beautiful. Waiters were so nice they brought the coffee to our table because they didn’t want us to wait. Stations, restaurants, shops are in the near. We loved to stay there and we recommend to other passengers to stay here.

The staff members were pleasant.
There was a significant and disturbing amount of flies in our room. I contacted the front desk, they said someone would come to our room while we were out. However, there was no significant decline in the presence of the bugs.

Good breakfast selection and quality of meats and cheeses. Did not try the cooked options.
The hotel is located quite centrally in a nice location near restaurants and a shopping mall.
Some of the staff was not super friendly on reception. I find the hotel dated: lifts, rooms. It is definitely not a four stars, but you pay the price of a four stars. It really needs to be three stars or lower it's price. 220 euros for one night with breakfast is ridiculous. There was dust in my room on the upper walls, the blinds looked dated and there were marks on my window when the room steamed up after my shower - eek. it means windows aren't cleaned daily??? The shower cubicle had strange marks. it was clean but old. I would not stay there again even on business unless it was renovated. Not worth the price!

A few things:
The spa and swimming pool are not good and if that's important to you I wouldn't stay here.
The spa you only get 30 minutes free which they don't tell you when you book. You then need to pay an extra €8 per hour. The spa staff are incredibly rude and make the experience really unenjoyable. The spa has limited opening hours, only 11-9 and on Sundays 10-3. The spa facilities are also pretty rubbish, 1 jacuzzi which wasn't hot enough and a sauna and cold plunge.
The swimming pool on the roof is very small and not heated and currently there is no seating up there.
The gym is terrible. 1 broken treadmill and 2 exercise bikes and a cross trainer. No yoga mats or space.
Several of the rooms smell of damp, I think there is a drainage problem.
Overall this hotel is a let down and not sure how it got this score.

The bed was great.
The room size was top.
Value for money was super.
Scrambled eggs were sweet.
Water in Barcelona tastes bad (nothing the hotel can do).
Not clear if the water in the room was complementary. We didn't drink it, because we were worried about pricing.
