Everything. Do not contact the reception regarding the sofa bed issue. Every time this was raised, the so-called staff member at reception responded with an aggressive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable attitude. To be absolutely clear: apart from its location, this was by far the worst hotel experience of my life. The hygiene standards were disgraceful. Being forced to request a change of visibly dirty bed linens was unacceptable on its own—but the behavior of the staff member who came to address it was even worse. Rude, dismissive, and entirely lacking in basic professionalism. This property fails on the most fundamental level of hospitality. I would strongly advise others to stay away.

Staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. The rooftop offers excellent drinks and food with a stunning sunset and great atmosphere. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom has a great shower. Moreover is completely away from the room, offering enough privacy. The room size is fantastic for a hotel in the middle of downtown in the best location of Barcelona. Most of the things are walking distance and subway stations very close by. Breakfast is delicious and offers a huge variety.
The rooms feel a bit worn out for a five-star hotel. The floors, curtains, and paint could all benefit from some light renovation. The gym is very small and some equipment don't work.

Location and friendly staff. Bar service on the rooftop is good.
Room wasn't cleaned during 3 days neither drinks/mini bar (water) were refilled. Nobody come to the room cleaning, toals change or WC paper, even when I have requested by phone after 1 day/night without room cleaning. Not acceptable on a 5 stars hotel (it seems be a new rule or procedure in the hotel, but I don't believe it will work in a 5 stars hotel ). I was in the 10th floor and the noise coming from the bar is high on the final of the night.
