Windows are flimsy and you can hear the wind howling thru the night
Instead of a duvet cover, they had 2 simple bed sheets which were not properly fixed and created more hassle
Only 1 oral hygiene kit for a room which accomodated 2 guests

The location and staff are great.
We received vouchers for opting to not clean the room every day which promotes sustainability, and we are very happy this was done.
Concierge helped us with restaurant choices, her recommendations were great. Water pressure was superb.
We paid for the premium room to have more space. Unfortunately the space is larger in the entry hallway, not the room itself. This really didn’t help us in search of a larger space. Our luggage was all over the place.

The room was very small, but at the end you don’t spend time in the room other than to sleep. Someone of the furniture was old and not working properly.

It's well maintained as 5 star hotel should be. Manny timesbroken, fixed, not changed, lightsdont work, electric sockets outof wall, scratches on tabels you can't write well. But the staff is great!
