Location is good, safe and quiet in the evening with supermarkets and café nearby. The room is quipped with a tiny kitchen which is super convenient.

Everything was in place, easy to use. Very nice seating area with 24/7 coffee and bottled water.
Front entrance immediately had 5 steps to walk up. It had a wheelchair lift if needed.

Good location but very noisy. On the 7th floor and kept awake both nights by a night club behind the hotel. Have stayed here before and it wasn’t a problem. The hotel know about the noise but didn’t tell us which was annoying!

Modern and very clean! Great shower and water pressure. Love the little kitchenette! Good fridge with a decent sized freezer. Able to use coffee pods in the coffee maker and heat water in the microwave for hot tees! Very close to the Metro Station.
No convenient parking to load and unload luggage! Some nights it could be a bit noisy outside in the late hours and early morning. Nothing some good ear plugs can’t fix.

The room was very clean, but it did have a musty odor that I suspect came from the shower.
The young lady who was responsible for cleaning my room was amazing! I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but she seemed to be Filipina. She spoke perfectly in English and was always bright and cheery. I hope she gets promoted to the front desk! This is the 3rd time staying in this hotel, and I'll probably stay there again as I go to Barcelona yearly.

Provided free water and coffee, staff were nice
AC on the 7th floor could not overcome the heat (27-28c at midnight). We were moved to the 3rd floor as a result and solved the problem.
