The lobby was a little small, but there was room in the dining room to gather and sit for extra space.

That they did not mention on booking.com that you have to pay 200 euros per dog and that the dogs cannot be together in a room , our dogs are never appart which was horrible to accomodate them they where anxious the whole stay, They charge your credit card for the deposit instead of authorizing it which would have been more logical .we had to wait for 3 days before we could see that the deposit was returned in our account.! We paid the deposit in cash for one room that we did get back at check out, maybe add that to booking .com so there are no " surprises" at check in .

Hotel is a bit farther from downtown than we would have wanted, but that's our fault. Hotel was a bit pricy because of an event downtown.

Staff are scammers, with my respect. We have booked our stay without breakfast included, when we arrived to the property to check-in, they told us breakfast is included and the pool as well, so we went to have breakfast the next day staff got us out of the buffet because we don’t have a breakfast Included and they told us it costs 19€ per person, although one of the lobby staff told us its included. The day next we wanted to access the pool, I see on booking that there’s a pool access, but when we went down they also asked us to pay a certain amount of money to access the pool, please note I went to multiple hotels around the world, this is the first time I see residents needs to pay to use the pool. Same day, we went to lobby to have drinks, the barista is the only one working along with the chef, she serves orders and takes order as well and prepare drinks. We waited around 20 minutes to get 3 drinks, and waited another 20 minutes to pay for the drinks! And one last thing, which is very annoying and this is a pure scam to the visitors, we asked the guy working in the lobby for a taxi to transfer us from the hotel to Girona Airport, we asked him about the prices of the taxis in general and how much will it cost us approximately if we ordered the taxi, he answered “50€ plus minus” and we have payed 158€, if he was honest with us from the beginning we could have ordered uber for 89€ I called the reception when I arrived the airport and I told her about our problem and not to scam tourists, and as a hotel they should have honesty with their customers, we also payed a good amount if money for our stay!

For this price breakfast should be included and booking said it would be as clicked breakfasted included. Even when you get breakfast omelette is burnt and Staff are rude. Be aware location is far from city center and takes long to reach. Bathroom has odd design with adjustable screen window and not containing water. Staff say they will let the manager know about concerns and no follow up. Got a call for somebody when asked hotel staff they said it was somebody within hotel not sure how out of all guests they called me in the middle of the night
