Close to metro and mercadona, very nice staff
The floorboards were loose and the lamp didn’t work properly. No power outlet next to the beds

Just location.
Breakfast for 18€ is not worthy at all. To expensive for nothing in the buffet. Rooms were very dirty, sheets as well. Shower was leaking.

The room was clean and comfortable, basic hotel room but with all the necessary things. Very friendly and helpful staff! The hotel is within walking distance of the main railway station, and about 20 minute walk to the airport bus (A1/A2) which was important to us. Since it's not a brand new building, there were not so many electrical sockets to charge phones etc., but we managed.

The location was very good close to the event i was attending and the shopping centres.
Quiet and secure neignbourhood and the hotel quiet too.
The staff were so helpful with transport arrangements to various locations and were very kind.
The breakfast was generally the same lacked variety.
The coffee maker produced warm and not hot tea/coffee.
The floor mat by the entrance door could be replaced, it looked old and dirty for that first impression.
The bathroom was renovated looked good but the actual room now requires a retouch.

Overall, it is a very pleasant place for a short stay, made even better by its ideal location right in the heart of Barcelona, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops within easy walking distance.
Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi connection was extremely poor and practically impossible to use, making it very difficult to download anything or work online. Relying on mobile data was not a real alternative either, due to the limited coverage inside the building. This is clearly an area that needs urgent improvement.

The service of the hotel people was amazing. The location was good, quiet and pleasent. The beds were incredible.
There was no electric outlet next to the bed. There were exposed electricity outlet. The toilet paper was not changed from the previous visitors
