Dirty. Room service only flipped the sheets around each time they made the bed and they were dirty. I was super disgusted when the bed sheet moved on the night before our checkout and i saw the blanket had a brown stain on it that did not look like blood but I did not investigate further.

Wonderful
This is a nice, clean and cosy hotel. The reception is friendly and available 24/7. Housekeeping is also very good. The best part, however, is Anna, who takes great care of breakfast and makes sure there is always fresh food for travellers. Thank you, Anna – you are the best!

Overall not a bad hotel to stay, only a tip for those using metro is that use L5 (Entenca station) this is more convenient than Sant station.

Overally, I had a good experience. The hotel room was clean and the location was good. The most important thing was how quiet was everything at night and the staff was nice too.
What I didn't like was how some things in the room were broken, and nobody warned us about it. Outlets were damaged and hanging from the wall. We had to charge our phones in the bathroom. The toilet sink wasn't filling up with water, and we had to fix it ourselves. The faucet was half-broken and needed special treatment so we could wash our hands.

Decent stay near the centre for an affordable price. That’s it.
The receptionists were somewhat untrained. For instance one time we needed an extra key to our room and the guy at the reception just gave it to us without asking for an id. It was the first time he had seen us.

We stayed shortly, but we had a good experience. The location is a huge plus, just a 10-minute walk from Barcelona Sants railway station, making it very easy to get around the city. The breakfasts were rich and tasty. We want to give a special thanks to Señora Ana, who kindly let us in a bit early for breakfast so we wouldn't miss our train. It was also a great convenience to be able to store our luggage after check-out.
Overall, a good base for exploring Barcelona!
