Wonderful
The hotel staff were super nice and really helpful.
The room service, which is done by an external company, wasn’t great. The food arrived cold, and the price just isn’t worth it.

The online check-in, the spacious room, the cosy breakfast area and terrific breakfast
The air was very dry during the night (air conditioning), that was a bit uncomfortable.

I would have rated higher but this rating has all come about due to the post stay service. I requested an invoice from the lady on checkout but she said I had to go through booking.com which I did and they said contact the hotel which I did and I have heard nothing and it is for this reason only I have given the rating I have overall.
The follow up service was/is very poor, I paid over €1000 and cannot claim it back as I have not had a invoice, it is shocking and just before the christmas break.

The room was big, clean, and very comfortable. The toilet was nice and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The hotel is within walking distance of the main railway station, which is very convenient. However, the price felt a bit high considering what was offered.

Nice large rooms. Helpful staff at reception. Allowed us to leave our luggage in left luggage.
Not very close to the main attractions.
