good location. nice staff. surprised us with a bottle of Cava for my husband's Bday. Best part was the shower. so great!! super hot water, rain shower head plus adjustable hand held with spray options. might sound like a small thing but it was my favorite part of the room. wish all hotels had a shower like that :)

The breakfast buffet was as excellent, and well worth the additional charge. Elvis, you rock, for taking so much pride in your fresh produce and healthy breakfast options! I would certainly return to this hotel!

Excellent, central location that is in walking distance to many places.
I loved everything about it, but keep in mind the location is in an area that vehicles cannot directly get to and you may have to walk a short distance when being dropped off (a 5 min walk).

The hotel was in a prime location, everything was walking distance and lots to do around the hotel. It was very clean and they were able to hold our luggage since we got there pretty early and there was always someone at the reception. We liked that at night the sliding doors to hotel were closed and front desk had to open doors based on who stated at hotel. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back.

Everything about this hotel was perfect!
The location is wonderful, the room was trendy and very clean, the bed so comfortable and the shower was great.
The staff are so welcoming and friendly. The two we met on our stay were Denis and Cezar. They couldn’t have done more to make our stay any better. Nothing was too much trouble and they were full of local knowledge and great advice.
Would definitely stay here again and again!

The location was excellent, right in the heart of Vienna with walking distance to all attractions. The room was super clean and staff was super nice. The cozy courtyard was the most tranquil place to chill out after a long day in the city. If I return to Vienna, will be booking at this hotel again.

Cute hotel, close proximity to various popular areas. Nice staff but I only ever saw one person on reception and the chef at breakfast
It’s a shame as the building is lovely and the street is very quaint, but basically it’s very dangerous. There’s a gang that are permanently waiting on the corner near the park a few doors up, day and night. I was there two nights and witnessed two arrests, people running up and down the street screaming and drunks all on the same street.
I’ve travelled to many cities on my own but never been frightened to leave after dark before.
And you can’t just relax in the “bar” as it’s a few bottles behind reception and a few lounge chairs.
The door is permanently locked and when you leave for the airport you are advised to stay inside and wait or you’re a target with luggage.
So basically spent two nights in a hotel room reading!

This was a great hotel! The location was walkable to the Gothic Quarter and about 12 minutes from the nearest metro. There were some EXCEPTIONAL restaurants nearby. We recommend Billy Brunch & Park and Spacca Napoli Pizzeria. The room was clean and spacious. Very quiet, too. We'd definitely stay here again!
We loved our stay, but we had one super minor issue. When we arrived, the smell of the cleaning products was REALLY strong. It smelled like candy (but in a slightly obtrusive way). The smell faded after a few hours, but we left the "Do not disturb" hanger on our door for our entire stay so we wouldn't have the cleaner smell every day. We laughed about it when we could smell it in the lobby each day. On the bright side, the hotel was very clean!
