Amazing hotel. After the hotel I left, this hotel was like heaven. Very professional and kind staff, very clean hotel and room. I felt asleep and was late for my check-in time, but they were so kind and nice about it. They did not even disturb. Thank you so much. I will definitely repeat this booking.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfasts were delicious with different hot dishes each day as well as fresh fruit and cereals. Our room (junior suite) was spacious and well appointed with a small balcony and large doors.
The room had a small mini bar but no kettle to make a cup of tea which would have been nice. Other than that, no complaints at all!

Perfectly located, could reach amazing restaurants, historical sites and shopping areas! The bed was quite comfy and the rooms were cleaned and maintained well.
the rooms didn't have the best soundproofing, but it was manageable, i still slept well!

Great location, close to Las Ramblas. Cezar gave me a warm welcome and was very helpful. Good selection at breakfast. My single room was clean, quiet, modern, tastefully decorated and had everything I needed.
I didnt get a sense of music in the hotel, which I was expecting. Its still a lovely boutique hotel.

Great location. Very clean. Very comfortable bed. OK breakfast (although the same every day). Nice personal touch with a hand written welcome note by the manager and the invitation from the reception for a birthday drink (I had a birthday during our stay here).
We were literally threatened at the reception that if we smoked in the room we would be charged up to 500 euros. Nobody even bothered to ask if we were smokers (which we are not). First impression of the staff at the hotel was thus greatly impacted by a threat. Not a great way to greet your guests...

All 3 guys at the reception were helpful, friendly and very informative, same with kitchen/eating area staff. Room was good size, interior throughout hotel was really nice, admired everything. Location was perfect, close to everything. Delicious breakfast, coffee was really good. Thank you for making our Holiday even better!

Most comfortable bed and best pillows Ive ever had at a hotel
The room doors were an inch apart so you are guaranteed to wake up when your neighbors come and go. There is only one front door staff and they lock the front door when they are indisposed. Most times when I got back I had to wait several minutes to be let in. The street it is on is a bit sketchy at night and most coffee shops in the area dont open til 930 but youre a close walk to most tourist spots

The location is in a lively and historic section of Barcelona. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. It's close to the Picasso Museum and the Barcelona Arc de Triomphe. Breakfast was good and the staff were very kind and helpful, especially Cezar.
In such a beautiful city, I was taken aback by the drabness of the hotel - monochromatic brown and not a photo or picture in sight. Also, no phone in the room - need to call the front desk through WhatsApp. But, the room was simple with the basic requirements and the cleanliness and general thoughtfulness of the staff made up for any drawbacks.

From the moment we walked in, we loved everything about this exquisite hotel. Superb service and simple elegance at every turn. The compact rooms are highly functional and beautifully decorated and there is a lovely lounge area in the lobby. Nice full breakfast (eggs, various cheeses/meats, fresh bakery items, fruits and vegetables, gourmet yogurt as well as an assortment of hot/cold beverages). It was genuinely a pleasure to stay here.

They had a cute setup for my birthday. They allowed me early checkin and told me about certain safety measures to take. Super friendly helpful people perfect location PERFECT!! I walked everywhere! Its close to everything! Trains buses touristy spots. I was in heaven.

Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. They even had umbrellas when it rained hard.
The AC was not turned on so it was a little warm in the room even if it was cool outside. We couldnt open the windows because of smokers and noise outside. They finally turned on the AC when more people complained.
