Breakfast and supper on the Verbena terrace were excellent and the staff were all very helpful and always responded quickly to any request but without being intrusive which is important.
Although it was expensive the standard was very high so this is not really a complaint!

Ample professional staff. Very clean and stylish. Lovely breakfast buffet. Central location with many taxis.
Small room ok but a bed frame was chosen that had a frame on the far side that my entire family kept hitting a leg on. I’m bruised and bleeding. Ouch. The noise in the room from the subway was almost insufferable. I was not expecting that. We need silence to sleep and having the train rumble and shake the room sometimes every 3-4 minutes was very upsetting.
