Location.
Extremely noisy hotel, the room smells of dirty carpet, the lighting system is very complicated, you can hear and feel the train passing under the hotel 24/7( even on the 4th floor) you can hear doors slamming all the time (day and night) and people talking around the room (bad noise insulation), flies flying around the breakfast terrace and landing on your food. Definitely not a 5 star hotel, not even close.

Staff is wonderful! Xavi concierge and Artyom are the best workers with analytical thinking and hopefully with great future as a management of the hotel. Hotel itself is a piece of art.

Location is so convenient, and the hotel is beautiful. It is also super kid friendly, they gave our son a little Barcelona activity booklet and coloring pencils when we checked in. They even provided slippers for his little feet - so adorable!

Great location staff amazing room beautifully decorated . Liked the small touches free soft drinks and snacks plus waters in the evening very clean and quiet . Love the roof top bar

Bathroom was awesome!
No place to set your large suitcases. You need to eliminate the wall separating the bedroom and the sitting area. Only one tv is needed. This will allow an area to put your large suitcases without having to unpack them. Or else eliminate the bathtub where you could construct an area for the baggage.

The small balconies were fund to stand on and people watch on a very busy street. Some of the staff were also very good (concierge, bellman).
Not a five star hotel. Extremely rude staff at the rooftop restaurant. Also very strange policy around two bottles of water (refusing to give more if you ask for it even though they later stop by in the evening to provide more water). More of a 4 star.
