Ample professional staff. Very clean and stylish. Lovely breakfast buffet. Central location with many taxis.
Small room ok but a bed frame was chosen that had a frame on the far side that my entire family kept hitting a leg on. I’m bruised and bleeding. Ouch. The noise in the room from the subway was almost insufferable. I was not expecting that. We need silence to sleep and having the train rumble and shake the room sometimes every 3-4 minutes was very upsetting.

Great breakfast with lnicev selection of fresh fruit, cold cut , pastry and nice menu for eggs options . Setting in or out by the pool on the rooftop.

The room was lovely, large and comfortable. The rooftop bar was fun and the spa was wonderful. The Oria restaurant was amazing. But above all, the staff was superb. At every turn they made us feel we were the most important guests at the hotel. This is what 5 star is all about. Well done!

Convenient location.
We stayed on the 5th floor. Every morning between 3 and 4 somebody starts to clean and move furniture around and walk loudly on the top floor where the bar and entertainment area is, which woke us up. So not very good at all.
