The layout and the finish and lighting in the apartment. The location was very good and close to Pl de Catalunya and Passeig de Gracia. Overall stay was very comfortable and would definitely stay again in my next trip.

1. I checked out the rate, but you told me the detailed method by email the day before, so I had no difficulty at all. 2. I stayed with 3 people and it was nice because the room size was big, especially the living room and every room has a TV! Also, there were 2 toilets, so it was good because it was not crowded when preparing in the morning. 3. The interior is neat and nice. The air conditioner works really well, too. It was cold even at 26 degrees. 4. It's a good accommodation to stay when you're traveling with your parents.It's nice to cook because there's a kitchen. 5. We don't have makeup room service, but if you ask for a new towel, they give you a lot. It was nice to be able to change towels. 6. I was happy that the reception staff was kind and always greeted me with a bright smile. 7. The restaurant right below the hotel is delicious! It was convenient to eat food right down there on a hard day.
1. We don't have receptionists after 17:00, so it's hard to respond immediately if there's a problem 2. The subway station is unexpectedly ambiguous. I want to go to the subway station by bus on a hard day to walk, but there is no bus. 3. I often used the grocery market of the department store in the square, but it was so hard to walk on a hot day. It takes 10 minutes by walk, but it takes 20 minutes by taxi. (I don't know why) There was no bus to go from the hotel, but there was a bus that could travel 1 stop from the mart to the hotel. There's something that's ambiguous. 4. On the first day of arrival, I had a hard time because the washing machine door couldn't open. But I couldn't solve it immediately because there was no staff. (For your information, you have to open the washing machine door really hard. Won't it break if I open it like this? Even if I think like that, I have to open it with strength.) 5. Before I arrived, I was asking for a two-bedroom with a large kitchen, but it was a small kitchen. The reason I kept sending you messages was to rebook (even if I paid an additional fee) if I could rebook in a large kitchen even if it was the same 2 bedrooms. However, I only received an answer that it could be randomly assigned, and when I arrived, it was a small kitchen. I'd like to have an accurate picture of the rooms sold by Booking.com

Excellent apartment all round. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. The apartment was super clean and had absolutely everything you could want in it. We stayed for 8 nights but we had more towels than we could use and needed nothing. The sofas are comfy, as are the beds. The AC was excellent and not at all noisy. There were spare pillows, blankets etc so could suit ourselves. The apartment we had also had a terrace area, so it was lovely to sit outside - although it didn't get the sun it was a lovely outside space. The pool area was very quiet while we were there and although unheated made a lovely spot to while away an afternoon.
To be honest they had everything covered!

Staff was nice and helpful. Thoughtful cleaning and essential packs. Swimming poll on the rooftop was great addition after sight seeing. Middle October water was still warm enough to swim. We found all what we need to prepare breakfast. Locker options after checkout. Walking distance to bus airport stop. La Rambla and Sagrada Familia.

The location was excellent: a five-minute walk from Las Ramblas with a small supermarket just across the road. The reception staff told us everything we needed regarding using our keycards, pool opening times, payment, taxes, etc. The apartment was spacious, with high ceilings and plenty of room to move around. We had an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area: the kitchen had everything, including a washing machine, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. Big bathroom with a very good shower and handy toiletries, very comfortable beds in the bedroom and a good-sized wardrobe with a small safe, extra pillows and pool towels. The room was well insulated from noise from other guests. The rooftop area has a small unheated pool, a few sun loungers and tables with parasols and seating.
This is nit-picking, but we would have liked a couple of English-speaking channels on the TV other than BBC World news, plus clearer instructions on how to use the microwave/grill that we originally thought was an ordinary oven.

Really enjoyed our stay. The Pool is fantastic! Lovely facilities in the room also!
Shower room would flood when the shower was used. Bathroom was lovely and clean so just a design flaw.

Very spacious and private and quiet ! Very well decorated.
There werent a lot of basic amenities. No wash clothes, paper towels, etc. and three coffee pods for a three night staythe baby oneswhich I used within the first 24 hours. Could have asked front desk for more but their operating hours are minimal.
