The people service that Mercer hotel provided was quite exquisite - e.g. they help with your luggage to the main street (5 mins from hotel) or bring sweets free of charge as a welcoming gift. The location of hotel is in the best part of the city - close to metro/beach/park, not overly turisty, full of small independent shops and cafes.

Great Location on the Gothic Area, good access to all the city sighthenings. Room was quiet , very clean. Staff was very nice and welcoming , our requests for Eraly check in and Late check out were nicely accepted.
Shower in the room was scary, moving plates at the bottom pf the shower, which made you being carefull not to slip. also, the water was not hot. Pillows were uncomfortable

The hotel itself is beautiful. It's a sophisticated mix of modern elegance and Gothic quarter style. The staff is excellent and we're extremely helpful when we needed help due to my son having injured his leg.

The property location was excellent. It is very clean and contemporary while keeping the charm of the original stone work. Staff are very friendly. All in all I highly recommend this hotel.
