Exceptional
Location was excellent. Staff was amazing. The restaurant(s) were fantastic. I liked the small hotel atmosphere. Lobby was beautiful and rooms were very cool. Not noisy at all given location, but close to all the action. Great hotel over all.
The shower seemed to clog regularly.

Location is fantastic and the staff was very kind and honestly helpful. We arrived to check in as their bar was closing for a few hours mid day and they stayed open so we could get something to eat. The staff heard us coming up the road with our suitcases and came out to greet us.
1) the pool is very dirty. 2) during breakfast in the atrium someone on the top floor sprayed water that rained down on everyone eating in the atrium, 3) the shower pan in the room bathroom was dirty and had bugs under the slats, and 4) for a hotel of the caliber they should offer complimentary water in the room

Staff were brilliant - polite friendly super helpful
Location - perfectly situated for a short vacation
Room - junior suite - v comfortable clean nice size need (more coffee in room)
Sad that there wasn’t a pool but given it’s the old wall of the gothic area totally understandable - but everything else more than made up for this. Definitely would not stop me going back again and again

Loved the hotel. The room was lovely, bed was massive and very comfortable. Hotel is perfectly situated in the Gothic Quarter and close to everything. Staff were all lovely and couldn't help us enough. Also, restaurant recommendations were great. Breakfast was very nice, as was the bar and cocktail bar, but you'd expect this sort of quality at a 5-star hotel. The roof terrace was lovely too, although the weather wasn't hot enough to use it.
Only little criticism was that bottled water wasn't free in the room. Have to pay for it from the mini bar.

Our room (207) had only a very small window in the corner, only a very narrow cupboard (impossible dressed and coat) and no additional hangers available - we had to use the shower’s glass as hanger. The shower was unclean. After complaining to the head concierge (and asking booking to allow to change to another hotel) we got an upgrade to a junior suite (104) But as that shower did not work properly, we decided to move to another hotel - having not received any feedback from booking. A very disappointing experience and a hotel rating which we cannot understand.

Perfect location in the Gothic Quarter. It is an easy walk to the majority of visitor sites. The staff is very kind and extremely helpful. Our room was absolutely lovely and equipped with high end amenities. We had wine at the hotel bar and a lovely tapas meal at Le Bouchon.
