We arrived two days late because of the UK air traffic issues but when we arrived the staff were very helpful in arranging tours and restaurant bookings.

The service from all the staff was exceptional. The rooms were beautiful and cool in the summer heat. The toiletries provided were excellent. Pretty roof terrace with a small pool and access to drinks and snacks. The housekeeping service was discrete and efficient, with small treats on arrival and bed turn-down service and daily refresh keeping the room in tip top condition.
Bigger cups for the coffee maker in the room (they were too small for the size of the capsules, and overflowed) and more milk to go alongside the coffee. The roof terrace: given the extreme heat, all loungers should have had shade - there was a beautiful double relaxing chair but no shade on a hot day meant this was never occupied. The pool was used more by the pigeons to drink from and cool down in, making it less appealing to use, and again lack of a canopy over it meant it was not utilised as much as I would have liked to.
