Great location.

The location is great lively and in the center, the staff are so nice and very helpful, the design and maintenance is superb it feels like its newly opened, the room with the balcony is spacious compared to other hotels in the area. I extend my stay twice,
The spa doesn’t live to its reputation, so average, and the showers at the spa wasn’t warm, there an issue with the key, rarely opens from the first try. The swimming pool is so dark unlike the hotels’ theme which is all bright colors

It’s very well decorated with high quality materials. Even the tissue in the bathrooms is luxurious! The customer service is top notch and there is nothing too small for all the workers. The welcome snacks, dates and drink was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast is excellent with a wide spread of food. The rooftop bar has a great ambience and it allows you to have a panoramic view of Barcelona. The bed was so soft and luxurious. I really enjoyed my stay there.
There was nothing to dislike, except maybe the cost! I do acknowledge it’s a world class 5 star hotel.

The hotel staff are very kind and friendly.
The room was very nice big and with a very nice view of the city.
The rooftop restaurant is amazing!!!
I didn’t like the reusable containers for the shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
I also didn’t like that there were no maps on the tables at breakfast.
Other than that, everything was excellent
