Great location, beautiful facilities and rooftop bar with the best view of the city
Very comfy beds.
Our apartment was a bit tired with several broken items and furniture that was chipped. Black out blinds were broken in our bedroom which made the room very light early in the morning.

Location was great. Central location. Rainforest shower was amazing. Rooftop bar/ restaurant with great view
Staff was helpful but not overly friendly.
Elevators very small. Paid for buffet breakfast and it was pricey and not good.

This is our sixth stay in the last six months and we don't want to look for another place. We've already tried different room categories and have our favorites. We love the service, the fact that they always help us with our suitcases at the entrance, the wonderful and varied breakfast (the best!!), and the live music you can enjoy in the lobby in the evenings. This is our favorite place in Barcelona; we feel safe and comfortable here. The location is fantastic and the service is top-notch!
