The hotel itself was absolutely amazing but the roof bar service was extremely poor. We actually left because no one came to take our order.

Location.
It was rennovation wall to the Passeign de Garcia, the view I booked. I was given another room, it was ok but too noisy on 1-st floor as it was a corner between 2 roads.

My two friends and I booked Deluxe rooms, but while they were given spacious rooms on higher floors, I was stuck in a tiny, dark room on the old first floor—it felt more like a closet than a hotel room. When I asked to switch, I was told room sizes vary and there was nothing they could do as they were “fully booked.”
They offered an upgrade to a Privilege room the next morning for €200 per night, which I accepted. I ended up paying £1,300 total for three nights of subpar service and frustration. We were told to move by 11 AM, but when we returned at 12:45, the room still wasn’t ready because the previous guests hadn’t checked out. After making a scene, we were finally given another room—still smaller than our friends’ Deluxe rooms.
The reception staff were unbelievably rude and unprofessional, showing zero respect or care. I also heard multiple guests complaining during my stay. Horrible room, horrible service.
