Majestic Hotel & Spa Barcelona GL offers luxurious accommodations in a neoclassical building on Passeig de Gràcia. An amazing luxury hotel with fantastic rooms, friendly staff, a great breakfast, and an excellent location. Most attractions, restaurants, and shops are within easy walking distance, making it the perfect place to stay.
The only downside was that the pool area is a little small and has tables and chairs rather than lounge chairs, but this did not take away from an otherwise excellent stay.

What I liked most was that this truly felt like a genuine five-star hotel. The rooms were spacious, elegant, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of high-quality options, and the spa and gym were both beautiful and very well maintained. The staff were warm, attentive, and professional throughout our stay, and the room service was also excellent. I’ve stayed at other hotels that describe themselves as five-star, but at the Majestic I genuinely felt I was staying at one. I would definitely stay here again.

It was spacious enough.
We booked an apartment suite and these rooms are not part of the hotel. They are across the street and is named the majestic residence. Yes, you can use all the hotel facilities as if you were staying there but you wouldn’t cross the street with your robe on to use the spa facilities for example. The apartment as I mentioned is spacious but was also tired in places, for example the bathroom seal around the bath/shower wasn’t clean and even done properly. The shower (when turned on) would move in the holder (spraying water everywhere other than in the bath itself) and clear evidence of this being a constant problem could be witnessed by the swelling of the wood in the bottom corner of the door surround. Just little things but this is a five star hotel with an associated price tag.
