Disappointing
I booked through the Booking mobile app and it was never mentioned that the apartment was in a different building. The apartment was poorly maintained and did not match the luxury described. We were asked to pay an additional €750 to be moved to the main hotel. After a long discussion, they agreed to move us without extra charge, but one of the rooms was 17°C for two hours and had no natural daylight at all. The rooms were small and worn out. The hotel does not match the level of luxury it advertises. The only good thing is the location.

We had a minor issue with the room - the service team responded immediately to my simply survey answer and offered to change our room and extended additional care - very nice of them and amazing service
Be aware that you need to book your time in the pool in advance - which is great because you have an almost private pool and jacuzzi :)

The location is amazing in the middle of a shopping street. Also the lobby is cozy. The staff are so friendly. Security in the elevator where only staying visitors are allowed to use the elevator.
There is no isolation between rooms or room and corridor, i can hear everything around me when am in the room.
Also there is no peephole or door viewer on the room door to check who is coming or knocking the door.

Disappointing
The location.
It was dirty, it was deceitfully marketed as part of the hotel- only if you click in the detailed room description you would see it’s in a residence across the street. I specifically used a filter “HOTEL” when booking and the picture of the property were those of the hotel not the residence. The staff even told us “we are two different companies”. They don’t change bed sheets, didn’t exchange towel and the room textiles had white stains all over. The shower was dirty.
