Majestic Hotel & Spa Barcelona GL offers luxurious accommodations in a neoclassical building on Passeig de Gràcia. What did you like about the property? Exceptional stay. The location is perfect, the staff are genuinely warm and professional, and everything feels elegant and well maintained. The room was very comfortable and spotless, and the overall atmosphere is calm and luxurious. Great facilities and a wonderful rooftop experience. What didn’t you like about the property? The building is beautiful! Location is perfect. Wellness is amazing. Rooms are very comfortable.
Staff is indifferent at best and extremely inappropriate frequently and in different departments: receptions desk, wellness area, bar/restaurant. We saw so many absurds that I could not write them all. If you are not sensitive to politeness of the staff, welcoming treatment and frequency of other guests, all the rest is wonderful. Shaming and pitty.

The service is absolutely incredible and the location is perfect. The rooftop restaurant is outstanding, and the waiters are extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was cleaned twice a day, which really shows the high level of care and attention to detail Everything was excellent
There were some renovation works at the hotel entrance, but it didn’t affect the overall experience

Majestic Hotel & SPA offers The Best breakfast , with the variety of the most delicious pastries, hot and cold items with the freshest ingredients. Also, if I wish I could give 10 star rating for Majestic Hotel guests service. From the entrance, concierge, front desk, breakfast, restaurant…. all go above and beyond to help the their guests. We already miss the staff , the beautiful Majestic Hotel in the city center and walking to the great shopping district.
We LOVED everything about this hotel, and highly recommended it.

Many thanks to the entire G/R team, the booking team, and the driver, Miquel Ubeda Soler. They were very attentive throughout my stay. The roommaids also did a fantastic job. This was my second visit and I’m thinking of coming back again. The room, especially the jacuzzi on the terrace, was wonderful.
