The pool are and bar were nice. Most of the staff were friendly.
This is a huge hotel, too many people and rooms and sadly did not meet up to our expectations. It was just ok.

Lovely rooms and friendly and helpful staff. Great roof top bar.
The roof top pool closes at 11am. We booked the hotel because it had an outdoor pool and we couldn’t use it in the afternoon after incredibly hot days sight seeing. We felt the hotel listing was therefore misleading.

The location was perfect. The showers were great. Breakfast was fantastic. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very nice and professional. Check-out at 12:00 is perfect. The roof top views were amazing.

I booked a suite at a high rate based on the hotel’s marketing of an outdoor pool and the expectation of a quiet, restful stay befitting a property of this category.
In reality, the pool is only open from 8am to 12pm, which in July, for a family holiday, is extremely useless. Construction noise also started every morning at 8am, waking me up and continuing loudly enough that I could not rest after lunch either. While the staff were pleasant, they were unable to resolve the disruption.
These two issues significantly affected my short holiday. Although the hotel kindly discounted one night (a gesture I appreciate), it does not change the fact that I paid a substantial amount for an experience that differed markedly from what was advertised and booked.
I’m really disappointed.
