Good location and close to city center
You can’t offer the Majestic apartments as part of the hotel room standard. The apartments are located in front of the hotel(you need to cross the Main Street), they have no people of security on them, the rooms of the apartments and the apartment itself is too old and with several doors broken. This is not a 5star facility at all. Those apartment rooms cannot be offer in booking under the same hotel rooms. This is a big mistake in booking that I hope you amend asap. The Majestic Apartments are not under the same hotel Majestic standard.
They charged as a 5star facility, which the apartments are not.

During the booking there wasn’t a note or someone to informed me that family room they had reserve room for us wasn’t in the main building that we had booked a room but we had to stay in different building with apartments across the streets . Even if we could use the facilities of the main hotel building that was Outrageous

Location and staff friendliness
The Smart TV when we tried connecting via chromecast glitches and was so very slow that we ended up using our laptop to watch the shows we wanted. Pity as I thought this wifi issue was fixed from previous reviews. We were out most days so it was not a big problem but for a 5 star hotel, this should be something that could be fixed easily nowadays.

Everything was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and very supportive throughout our stay. The location was perfect — central, convenient, and close to everything, which made our trip very enjoyable.
