It was amazing. The staff was helpfull and friendly. The rooms spacious clean and taken care of. The food amazing. The spa and pool facilities really nice and the rooftoop view beautiful.

Paying 12 euros for two Coffee Americano in the lobby was way over priced. At a cafe it would be 2 euros.

Staff were amazing and extremely helpful
Breakfast was outstanding

Unfortunately the room we were in, I think it was 742 (right at the very end of the corridor had the air conditioning unit or a pump room above it on the rooftop and it kept turning on and off all night. We did notify staff about the issue. In the morning we spoke to the duty manager Alexia and her assistant who were extremely apologetic about it. They gave us a free breakfast and a small gift to compensate for the issue.

Location
Apartment is in separate building and the service is not 5 star. It is an older building needing a renovation. Nothing like the hotel. More like a 3 star airbnb.

Nice and clean. Room was a ok and matched our expectations, although small. Restaurant in the hotel served very good food. The breakfast was amazing. Location couldnt be better!

Right in the middle of the city. Beautiful building. In beautiful area. Nice gym. Nice breakfast.
Cleaning staff were always late to come and fix the room. Bar food menu was poor.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was wonderful and helpful.
That we had to wait hours for our room and the hotel knew we were international travels and extremely tired. They made no effort to make us comfortable as we waited and just kept apologizing. Would have appreciated more consideration after the long flight.

This is a lovely classic hotel impeccably maintained in an excellent location.
Our check in was a very disappointing experience. We dropped off our luggage at 10:30 AM and when we checked back at 1:00 PM were told that our room was ready and just had to be checked. Whe came back 45 minutes later and ended up waiting until 3:00 to get the room and 3:30 when our luggage showed up. Apparently 3 cruise ships had docked and they were too short staffed to provide proper service to their guests.

The room was extremely disappointing. It had only a tiny window with no view, which made the space feel very confined and claustrophobic—almost like being inside a shoebox. The lack of natural light and openness made the room uncomfortable, and for the price we paid, I expected a much higher standard and a far more pleasant room.

Wonderful
Cleanliness , location , stuff were super nice and friendly , we needed a late check out and Mr. ferran was so cooperative and helped us out .
We had an apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ,One of the bathroom was lacking bidet , apart from that everything was perfect
