Location.
It was rennovation wall to the Passeign de Garcia, the view I booked. I was given another room, it was ok but too noisy on 1-st floor as it was a corner between 2 roads.

My two friends and I booked Deluxe rooms, but while they were given spacious rooms on higher floors, I was stuck in a tiny, dark room on the old first floor—it felt more like a closet than a hotel room. When I asked to switch, I was told room sizes vary and there was nothing they could do as they were “fully booked.” They offered an upgrade to a Privilege room the next morning for €200 per night, which I accepted. I ended up paying £1,300 total for three nights of subpar service and frustration. We were told to move by 11 AM, but when we returned at 12:45, the room still wasn’t ready because the previous guests hadn’t checked out. After making a scene, we were finally given another room—still smaller than our friends’ Deluxe rooms. The reception staff were unbelievably rude and unprofessional, showing zero respect or care. I also heard multiple guests complaining during my stay. Horrible room, horrible service.

What did you like about the property? Exceptional stay. The location is perfect, the staff are genuinely warm and professional, and everything feels elegant and well maintained. The service is absolutely incredible and the location is perfect. The rooftop restaurant is outstanding, and the waiters are extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was cleaned twice a day, which really shows the high level of care and attention to detail Everything was excellent

Majestic Hotel & SPA offers The Best breakfast , with the variety of the most delicious pastries, hot and cold items with the freshest ingredients. Also, if I wish I could give 10 star rating for Majestic Hotel guests service. From the entrance, concierge, front desk, breakfast, restaurant…. all go above and beyond to help the their guests. We already miss the staff , the beautiful Majestic Hotel in the city center and walking to the great shopping district.
We LOVED everything about this hotel, and highly recommended it.
