We received the apartment dirty! I couldn’t believe it as it wasn’t bearable dirt so I told my kids not to take their shoes off until the morning so they send someone to clean. The major problem was not the dirt, it was the safety and key problem. The key doesn’t open from first try, you have to keep pushing and trying. I told the service team (Reception) and they promised to send someone to check but they never did!!!! Every night you hear people trying to get in, banging the building entrance! It’s so sad to write this review but the service team was as horrible as the apartment. Note this is a very very small apartment so it’s one room got split into two and we had problems with space so if you have a kind of high standard (taking into consideration the value of the amount paid) this is definitely a NO GO! Also after all what we had been through they rejected to give us late check out! They actually threatened to send people to get us out at 11AM!!!

Location was good! near to beach. Property was very clean and all the amenities was good. Only thing I requested for to reduce the parking charges, but they didn't agreed.
Parking charges are high. 20Euro per night.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped with a range of amenities. It’s ideally located near restaurants and shops, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The metro station is about a 13-minute walk away and provides easy access to key areas around the city.
The 11 a.m. checkout time feels quite early, especially for families with late afternoon or evening flights who need to make additional arrangements. That said, we appreciated being able to store our luggage at the reception.

Fantastic property in a great neighborhood in Barcelona. A quieter area to visit, nice for families and going to a chill beach and leisurely walks plus tons of restaurants, treats and shopping nearby (old and trendy both). Lots of activity and events in the area, more of a residential neighborhood with hip new spots.
Apartment itself is spacious with everything you need including stocked kitchen supplies/appliances and a laundry machine with drying rack. We got the terrace which was lovely to sit for morning breakfast. Beds were comfy and the shower was good.
Public transit is close by but expect 40 min to an hour travel time for most of the popular attractions (Sagrada, Parc Guell, Gothic, La Rambla etc) unless you go by taxi.
Staff was very helpful and friendly showing us the place, helping with luggage, calling a cab for us when we left and answering any questions on WhatsApp. Their reception is a few minute walk away from the actual apartment.
Overall a beautiful way to visit Barcelona and spend a longer time relaxing in a big apartment!

Amazing location, right next to the beach. Lovely apartment, spacious, beds were comfortable. Shower has good pressure. Nice to have a coffee machine and good cooking facilities with plenty of utensils. Staff were really friendly and helpful
The flat is just a bit run down. Broken sockets, flickering lights, bumps in the lino, holes in the walls, shower door doesn't close properly leaving bathroom wet. If these were sorted it would be 10 out of 10

Clean and cozy apartment in a perfect location, close to the beach and various restaurants. Good for a small family with one kid, or for a couple. Has a kitchen with all the necessary equipment. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Good location that is about a 40 minute walk from the old town area. Bus and metro access is also close, just be careful about avoiding rush hour.

Very nice and clean apartment in a residential area in Barcelona. We had everything we needed for a pleasant stay there. Supermarket is nearby. There are friendly people in Lugaris Office.
Sometimes we could hear the neighbors when they were too loud.

Nice apartment, very good location, great pizza nearby.
The reception is a walk away. It's not convenient if you have a lot of bags for the entire family.
The online check-in is mandatory. I would prefer to just give my documents at the reception instead of filling a long form for each person.

It's very noisily, outside too much noise every night until 2 am. Every morning at 6:30 coming track take a garbage, it's again noise. I didn't sleep normal even 1 night

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay, it was very well equipped. The neighbourhood was beautiful with many stores and restaurants and the sea was 5 minutes away by foot. It s not near the centre but this wasn't a problem for us, regarding to the great bus and metro services near the apartment.
The only problem, which was not the case for us, but it could be in a busier/high season is if you have noisy neighbours, you could hear them through the walls if they don't respect the quiet hours. But i think this could be resolved with good communication between neighbours or the reception.
