Location, convenient for public transport. Rooms comfortable and clean. Felt very safe and secure. Lovely views from the small balcony. Quiet location but easy to get to and from city centre. Would want for nothing.
There was nothing to dislike. Put aside expectations based on experience of other Hotels and embrace the experience and ambience offered by this hotel.

The location is great, the metro station is very close. The breakfast was modest but good (we liked the croissants the most :) ). Special praise to the staff who keep the room spotlessly clean.

The apartment I stayed in was lovely. It was very clean, comfortable, warm and with a great outside space.
The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect - really accessible to the metro and rail stations and on the main bus routes, yet not too busy.
The breakfast was great with plenty of variety, and there were supermarkets and restaurants and cafes very close by allowing a choice for eating out or in.

Great location. Metro station is near, Sagrada Família about 10 minutes walk. Room is clean, stuff is very open and helpful. Thank you for making our trip much easier and better! Highly recommend.

Good location, friendly staff and the room was very nice with all we needed. We got different room than the one we ordered, but the reception staff was so nice and cooperative that all was sort in a few minutes.
The elevator was really slow.

It was an scam. I have booked suit room but their suit room was not located in their main building. We have to go through 1km walking by passing around 4/5property and access from the back door of the property. Please don’t book this hotel it will ruin your vacation. Breakfast was just not good at all.

We liked everything about our stay at Leonardo. The room was perfect for our needs and the location is very central. Walking distance to Sagrada Familia, restaurants, metro and stores.
