There was a man in the reception ( I think his name was Sabi )who knew a few words in Hebrew and he was really trying to help !!
The hotel prioritize look on comfort - for example 'there are no shelves in the room , neither in the bathroom. There is NO ventilation in the room - one window that can be open for 10 centimeters is NOT enough. No outside window in the bathroom and toilette . Also , there is not enough light in the room. In the first two days we left the room at 0930- when we returned at 1530-16.00 hoping to rest a bit ( I am 82 years old ) the room was not yet served !!!~
The staff have no delegation in responding to customers- hotel is NOT flexible addressing customers' issues - Our flight was to leave at 2230 , we were forced to leave the room by 13.00 no flexibility !!!! was a man in the reception who knew a few words in Hebrew and he was really trying to help !!
