Best breakfast I think I’ve ever had, coffee was excellent, choice of food items was great, and it was all fresh and delicious. Staff very helpful and informative

Loved the hotel itself. It was clean and the decor is gorgeous. Loved the honesty bar- that was a nice touch along with being able to enjoy some time in the chill out garden.
Our room was perfect for what we needed. Beds very comfortable and it was nice and cool. Son said the 3rd bed/sofa bed was very comfy for the night. Couldn’t get the TV to work but that was fine as it wasn’t really needed.
Staff were very helpful & friendly. Very informative also.
Breakfast was absolutely lovely- we didnt have any hot food but it looked great and the continental selection was excellent. Great coffee!
The toilet flush in the room was quite noisy! When we first heard it, my son panicked & thought bombs we’re going in the local area and I told him it was fireworks after the Barca game only in the morning did we realise it was the flush!
For us, the location was a little out for our reason to stay. This was only because we had stayed longer in Barca for the sights the previous week at a different hotel. It seemed a very residential area, however we did not have the time to explore this area more.
There was also some maintenance/upgrading work being done to the hotel, but this was kept away from guest view as much as possible and didn’t impact our stay.

the staff is nice, we have no complaints.. but the hotel does not match the photos on the booking platform, on the first day of arrival we had to use towels to clean the bathroom, water from the shower poured into the room, suitcases, shoes and even the corridor, then we had to pack our things and move to another room, even though we were preparing to go to an event... the next day we had to pack our things again and go back to the previous room there is so much dust in the beds, i have photo that if you have allergies I do not recommend it, the bed is very bad,and there is still renovation work going on

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, and the interiors were charming and full of character. They also left a small box of chocolates as a welcome gift, which was a very considerate and lovely touch. I honestly don’t understand why the hotel has only two stars, as the overall experience felt much better than that.
The breakfast was rather mediocre. The room did not have a minibar, and the location was a little far from the city center.

large bed and overall pleasant hotel with a nice lobby and staff. the location is a bit far from the main attractions (30-50 mins), but accessible by subway.
The AC was not adjustable and was relatively weak during our August stay. Also the room could have been a bit cleaner.

It was a charming hotel, great value for money. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was great and the room service was also good and with a reasonable price.
It was a bit far from city center (Plaça de Catalunya) to go on foot (30-35 minutes), but there was a metro station nearby.
