Nice location, about 5 min walk to Metrostation, 10 min walk to Montjuic National Palace. Superb restaurant opposite the hotel. Nice cafe next to hotel. Beds are very good.
Shower water kept changing temperature and no coffee or tea in room.

I love the location in Poble Sec, which is such a lovely part of town. I walked everywhere and used the metro too. The hotel is charming and comfortable, the rooms clean and well-appointed.

The hotel is in a very good position. There are lot of cafes and restaurants nearby and the emtro station is 5 minutes by foot.
The furnitire is a little bit worn.

The bedside lights flickered or didn't work, one bathroom light was broken for the whole stay, and there was no coffee in the room. On our second night, we came back to find my girlfriend's makeup and skincare products broken and spilled across the bathroom floor. The hotel says housekeeping found it like that, but nobody wrote us at the time, and in their own photo my toiletry bag, which we left on my side of the sink, had already been moved to the side table next to hers by the cleaner, which caused the spill. The general manager promised us an answer the next day and never gave one. When we asked reception for the official complaint form, which hotels in Catalonia must provide, we were told they no longer have to and were refused. The hotel then rejected responsibility in writing. Easily the worst stay I've ever had anywhere.
