The location was super central. The room was huge with tall ceilings. Loved the combination of modern with old world details. The staff were super helpful and charming. Could not have been better!
It was 99.9% Perfect. They could make the grout in the shower a little whiter, add more light above the sink for getting ready and a higher magnification mirror if possible. But these are really minor issues.

The room was very clean, and the bathroom was spotless as well. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, even the shower bar was wiped until it shined. The location is right in the city center, with a bus and metro station nearby, making transportation convenient. Also two main gate make it very safe. The staff were extremely friendly and proactively offered help. I had a great stay and would highly recommend it!

We liked everything. The room was excellent, and we had one with a balcony where we could enjoy our morning coffee. The location was amazing. The staff were perfect — they provided us with a map and showed us everything we needed to know about Barcelona. They also recommended restaurants and local foods we had to try. We could reach them at any time of the day, and they were always able to answer all of our questions.
Everything was fine. We do not have any complaints.

Lovely accommodation in the heart of Barcelona, comfortable and spacious rooms. The highlight is the welcoming and extremely helpful staff going out of their way to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you so much - we will be back!
nothing to complain about. One (minor) improvement opportunity could be that the curtains aren't fully blackout - which isn't an issue in itself but might be helpful to know for folks who absolutely need darkness to sleep.

All the staff is supportive, kind and nice. The place is very close to Plaza Catalunya and Urquinaona, so it’s easy to access everywhere. Room is simple but clean. Wifi access is fine.
1. Another guest next to my room smoked on the terrace in the morning. In order to avoid its smell, we couldn’t open the window for a while.
2. While I was on the terrace, water started leaking down from above. It might have been water from a potted plant.

The property Is located in a prime location near lots of eateries and shopping. The rooms were spacious and clean! The staff (Bruno) was AWESOME! He was so helpful and accommodating even helped us get a van to transport us to the cruise port.

Although we had a phone number in case of any issues, we have never stayed anywhere without a 24 hour reception. Having codes to let yourself in and out made us feel a little vulnerable, especially at night.

Excellent and safety Location, few steps from Plaza Catalunya, Bario Gotico and lots of good places to eat. Few steps from metro station.
The room is very confortable, clean and quite. Confortable beds and good pillows.
Staff of the hotel was specially kind and helpfull in all requirements, helping us in our arrival, searching infos about visit to Cordoníu, making reservations for dinner! Ainoha was grade 10!
