Good location in nice area but nowhere near Park Guell as advertised.
Shower was a dribble. Breakfast very average and staff useless and just played tv on their phone really loud, were not around, spoke little English. Seemed very understaffed. The guy who checked me in was weird.

I liked the room. I liked the closeness to the main station. It is centrally located.
Maybe add another blanket to the room, as an optional addition to the bed cover. Other than that, I cannot think of anything. Thank you!

The hotel is close to a metro station. The staff at the reception is very good.
Bathroom equipment was broken is some places - towel holders, hangers. Too dark lighting in the room.

I admire that 85 percent of the hotel's staff consists of people with self-identified disabilities.
Some front desk staff needed additional training. Otherwise, they were excellent.
The room desk and chair were not comfortable for working.

I liked the size of the room and the closet space
The bathroom wasn’t very clean. There was some dust and hair on the floor. There were some ants in there as well. The price was high for the area and quality of the hotel.

Everything was great - location is quite convenient, the facilities are new and clean, the breakfast was tasty
Parking could’ve been free and more spacious, the room was quite small as well, we had to unpack the second suitcase just by the entrance door. We also had an incident when the cook didn’t want to let us in for the breakfast, as he didn’t see in the system it had been paid, and we were in a hurry, so could waste time waiting for them to resolve this.

Relatively clean room, matches the photos provided. The location is a little further from the center, one needs public transportation to get to all the major sights except the Sagrada Familia, but transportation is good and affordable so overall the location was ok.
The bathroom (and then also the room, if the bathroom door was not closed) smelled like a cesspool, both after flushing the toilet and after returning from the day or waking up at night. Very unpleasant.
