Location – there are many restaurants, brunch cafés, and specialty coffee spots nearby. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away.
The staff was amazing—very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with a pillow that was too tall, and they quickly assisted us and found suitable alternatives.
The curtains are almost blackout, but it didn’t disturb my sleep. The room was clean; however, for this level, I would expect slippers and bathrobes to be provided. At the very least, some basic toiletries should be included.
The breakfast was disappointing. If you have dietary restrictions like mine (dairy-free and gluten-free), you’ll likely struggle to find something to eat. About one-third of the options were pastries and baked goods, another third consisted of cheeses and cold cuts, and there was only a small table with savory items (omelette, bacon, etc.). It’s not worth the €15–18 I paid at reception. There are many brunch cafés nearby where you can get a similar or better breakfast for the same price.

I loved the spacious and impeccably clean room and bathroom, with a nice view. I enjoyed the swimming pool at the rooftop terrace. The location was perfect for our needs: at the heart of Poblenou, near la Rambla del Poblenou and the beach, with good restaurants and coffee shops nearby.
The expensive price, which is the usual in Barcelona, and really discourages me to visit the city beyond work purposes.

Good location and the rooms are nice
It needs some maintenance, window not opening, water turning very hot out of nowhere, lifts are a bit shaky.
The bedroom was not spot on clean, hairs and other stuff in the shower and bath.

Overall nice facilities with a small gym and spacious lobby. I had a spacious king size room
Bathrooms were dated. Shower in bathtub with a mixing tap that was almost impossible to adjust to a pleasant temperature and pressure. Bed pillows mediocre. Noise from work (renovation?) but I was informed before booking and it was not excessive
