Everything is simple and comfortable. The staffs were friendly and helpful. There is a locker to rent in case one needs to leave the luggages there for some time after checking out.

I loved the decor and relaxed atmosphere. The place is clean and modern. The staff are cheerful and very helpful The location was an easy walk into the city centre .
The Nespresso machine wasn’t working. The coffee from the automatic coffee machine was terrible. I had to go to a nearby bakery to get a good coffee

Cleanliness made me the happiest. The housekeeping service was excellent. Also the location was perfect. 2mins away from the metro station and 10 mins away from the beach by walking.

The breakfast was good. Location of hotel was reasonable to tourist sites . Bonus was taxi rank out front.
Location was acceptable to tourist sites but would have preferred a hotel closer to major sites (GAUDI stuff etc.). Also room was small but this was known beforehand.

Almost everything. It is near the metro station and at 10-15 minutes walking from the beach. It was clean. The pool on the roof was great. They even have umbrellas for the beach that you can borrow for free. The staff was nice and helpful.
It would have been perfect to have a minibar/mini-fridge in the room, to keep a bottle of water cold (especially during the summer). Also, in the first day, we received some dirty towels, but that was a one-thing only.

Some of the staff was good and friendly.
The cleanliness was bad...there was a cockroach in our room. The room was so small and there was no cupboard to keep your stuff. Even for a couple the room was terribly small as compared to the money we paid.

Really good location, you are a ten minute walk to the beach and a 30 minute walk to Sagrada Familia. Hotel Staff were great and room was nice. They have a great rooftop pool.
