It was an amazing time I’ve spent here! Staff is exceptionally helpful and kind, facilities and rooms are new and super clean. My room was on the first floor and it was really quiet here, so it suits those who is looking for a space to relax after a day of exploring the city.
As a solo female traveller, I felt safe both inside the hotel and in its neighborhood. You can also get to Sagrada Familia pretty fast by foot or by bus (less than 15 minute road including the way to the bus stop). The building itself is freshly and modernly looking, without any inconvenience.
One minor problem is the variety of food served in breakfast — every morning it’s the same. But still breakfast opens at 6:30 AM, so it’s really convenient to have breakfast early here.

The location is quite good, close to the metro and places to eat.
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.
During my three-day stay, I had to fill the bathroom with towels every single day because water was constantly leaking out. The first day, I even tidied them up to avoid soaking the person below me, but I just let it go the rest of the time. That same day, I reported the problem: "It doesn't seem like they checked anything; the water was still leaking." I even showed videos at reception of where the water was coming from and that the drain wasn't working properly (it flooded after just three minutes, even when the shower tray was full). Every day, I had to leave the room soaked and then go back with towels, at least drying the room itself.
(On the second day, they left me an apology letter and a chocolate lollipop as compensation, but I was still in the same situation...)

Good location for our purposes. Nice bar and patio - had it been warmer it also had a pool.

The location of the property is amazing, the metro is by the entrance, very close to the beach.
The price was a bit hyped for a hotel not in the centre of Barcelona.

Everything is simple and comfortable. The staffs were friendly and helpful. There is a locker to rent in case one needs to leave the luggages there for some time after checking out.
