Pool, location, clean rooms, sky bar, the staff who work im the sky bar and the ladies who clean the rooms.
The lady in the breakfast room was too pushy, she should give the people a break. For example, I didn't even entered a room she pushed me to decide which one table I have wanted to take. When I said I have to see the space to be able to choose, she wanted the answer right away. Also, the woman at the reception desk didn't return the rest od my money when I had payed the room. Instead she asked me to try my credit card just to see is it working just in case I damage something in the room but meanwhile she doesn't return you your money. So my advice is to pay everything by the credit card. Except that inconvience, hotel has a good location, good pool, excellent view and very clean rooms. Special regard to the boy who works at the sky bar and the ladies who clean the rooms. They are all very kind and do a hard and an excellent job. All on all, I would recommend this hotel but be careful on this one.

The positives: The interior design is lovely, rooms are beautiful, comfy beds, quiet hotel and not a lot of noise during the night. The cleanliness is also really high, cleaning service spotless. Reception staff were very hospitable. The roof pool with panoramic views is a massive plus and really nice.
The negatives: The service and attitude of the staff at the pool / roof bar is dreadful. We are low maintenance guests, polite, tip well etc, and we did not have one positive experience with the staff in this area. They were rude and did not want to be working in hospitality. I’ve travelled to hotels all around the world and never experienced service like it. The general consensus of other guests around the pool area was the same. It’s a shame because it’s got the potential to be a very good hotel if they can address the service standards. Another improvement would be to have shower facilities available to guests on check out day as you’re able to use the pool but have no access to any rooms to shower or change which is quite a standard offering.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. We were given a lovely corner room that had a big bed and a lovely view. The hotel is so central. Walk across the road and you’re on the bus to the airport.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.
The pool area was very loud and cramped. I went up once and didn’t go back again.
