We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We needed to store some packages before our arrival, and they handled everything smoothly, which made our trip much easier.
Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations. A pleasant surprise, the room was equipped with a shatafa, which is a big plus for Arab travelers and shows great attention to guest comfort.
Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at 45 Times Barcelona Hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic—close to everything and perfect for exploring the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The room was very comfortable, and I truly enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the hotel.
I also appreciated that the bathroom included a bidet spray, which is especially convenient for Muslim guests and added to the comfort of my stay.

Location, as other reviews have noted, was perfect if your goal is to explore all of Barcelona. The hotel is right at Placa Catalunya from where you can board the metro, or take a short walk up Passeig de Gracia to the commuter train to Sitges.
Breakfast was a very nice selection satisfying a wide variety of tastes: eggs, processed meat, lots of bread and pastries, good coffee and tea, yogurt, etc.
Staff were excellent and accommodating.
The decor is a bit dated but staff mentioned that renovations will begin in a matter of months, and when we got there, on a Sunday afternoon, the hallway carpets needed a good vacuuming.
Rooms are large and beds comfortable; we faced the Placa so it was a bit noisy during the day, but got quiet after 10 pm or so. When we arrived, there was a distinct smell of mould in the room which was discovered to be in the shower area. There’s no fan in the bathroom area and with the shower door closed, it’s a perfect habitat for mould. Staff were very responsive to our complaint and cleaned the bathroom thoroughly, but it would have been better if they’d been proactive about cleaning.
Lighting in the bathroom area was absolutely atrocious. Like so many hotels, the designers seem to have missed the fact that bathrooms - especially, the mirror/sink area - need good lighting to accommodate shaving/makeup/etc.
Watching TV was an exercise in frustration: the TV was on one side of the room making it difficult to watch from the entire room; they had a few more English channels than other hotels which was appreciated; the TV would often lose signal and go off after a few minutes of being on forcing one to restart and navigate to the previous channel.
The pool was perfectly located on the 7th floor but unusable unless you’re comfortable being on exhibition as the entire ‘pool deck’ is concurrently used as a bar. There was no one there to swim while we were there even though it was the perfect spot for it.

It’s a walking distance to everything and easy access to all types of public transport
The facility is worn down a little bit. Being in the very center was a bit noisy but that’s not their fault but something to consider if you decide to stay there.
