Location is excellent. Right on La Placa de Catalunya. Breakfast is also excellent. Good choices and everything was good.
The elevators are a nightmare. Very slow.

The hotel is VERY central. The rooms and beds are nice, clean and modern. Not really cozy or with lots of ambience but therefore very modern.
They do have parking but it's really not easy to get there. The garage is below the hotel but because it is so central it's not easy to get there. It's just very crowded and therefore a bit stressful.

Location was great. Loved the little refrigerator and the view of the square. Loved the convenient bus to the airport that is nearby. The room was very clean.
Door to the toilet was off center and the door did not close. Didn't like coming out of the shower right into the room. Would like a door to the bathroom area. More suitcase stands would be useful. We needed 2 and there was only 1. A hook for your towels right outside the shower would be useful. Bed was a little crooked leaning. Need a new mattress.

The location is perfect — just steps away from all major attractions in the city center and very close to a metro station, making it a 10/10. The staff is very kind and helpful, always ready to assist and answer any questions you might have. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with champagne and lemon-mint water at the reception.
Our room had a view of the main square, and every morning we woke up to the sound of a piano being played by tourists on the plaza — always a pleasant tune. The room was spacious, and daily cleaning and fresh towels were available upon request. A hairdryer, hair straightener, bathrobes, and toothbrushes were nice additional amenities provided.
The beds were extremely comfortable and large.
All in all, a wonderful hotel — highly recommended!
The rooftop bar service is quite limited, and the menu is missing some well-known Spanish dishes, which would typically be expected from a four-star hotel, especially given the location that attracts tourists with its rooftop views.
