The elevator could be better, there was only one elevator for the entire hotel and it was very small for the size of the hotel.

The room was very nice, love the amount of mirrors it had, the staff during check in and check out was nice. They hold your baggage in case you have a late flight and want to enjoy the last day in the city
The elevator system was a bit weird, not just for us but for every other guest. We wanted to have a last drink in the rooftop bar (in which they charge you 20€ if you’re not staying in the hotel) and the communication between the staff could have been better, every member of the staff sent us to the next one to check if we could avoid that fee since we had already done the check out, in the end they didn’t charge us but we had to explain the same thing to many members. That’s the only area where they could use some improvement, however it was a wonderful stay

The location was perfect and the staff were nice
The floor of the room it is ceramic with the cold weather not good it should be carpet or pieces of carpet to avoid feeling of cold
