I only liked that it was clean and that the beds were comfortable.
Mostly everything in this area was closed. Not much to do. I did not like that there is absolutely no one to help you until 2 pm and only until 10 pm. You cannot come inside the property unless someone opens for you. Even any questions, messages needed for assistance , are only answered between 2-10 pm. We were told our room was an “upgrade “ and it was so small and tight for 3 people , we couldn’t get around the room. The shower pressure was not good either.

We loved it. Minimalist, but beautiful and comfortable.? Perfect location for a “girls trip”!?
The terrace was cute.
On rainy nights the tv with Netflix was lifesaver.
Unfortunately we found cockroaches on our very last day. One in the bathroom and one in the bedroom. We were really disappointed about that, but I have lived in Spain before, so I know that their presence is not unusual.?

It was clean and in a quiet area
The bathroom door was not working properly. The staff is only during afternoon (after 14 hs) so we had to come back to the hotel in the middle of the day and wait for the receptionist to complete our registration and pay the tourist taxes. It was too expensive for a very small room not in the centre of the city. I would look for something better for that price

Check-in is easy. Bed is comfortable. The pressure and the warmth of the water was really nice. Staff was helpful.
We hung the flyer (?) so that our room will be cleaned but they forget to do that. The next day they cleaned though.

Cleanliness, comfort ,very kind and supportive staff .......Onaid (i hope name is correct) at reception left a great impression on us and he was very kind and supportive .....exceptional cleaning by staff ..... cleaning staff lady when we arrived in morning helped us by letting us use restroom and also for luggage storage ....
reception is not available 24*7 , only starts from 2pm .......

The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from a variety of metro and bus stops and about a 30 min walk to the centre. The room was quite cosy, the shower was fantastic, the bed was very comfortable and there's also a big-screen TV and tea/coffee. Our room also had a amazing terrace that looked over the city.

I arrived late and desk was unmanned email telling me of 4 and code had not arrived also found key pad difficult.I would never stay in a 1tar but Barcelona was busy but I didn't know when I booked. I am 83 and have arthritis in fingers hence problem with key pad late email only received extremly late actually found this morning.
no place to boil kettle I turned rubbish bin (empty) upside down to put kettle n as plug are not located close enough to flat surface for cord. Couldn't open windows eve a little would help. I have stayed in 3 rd world countries and found better. The whole thing was made better by the young man who stayed on phone with me while I got code sorted.

Was easy to check in and out. The rooms were spacious enough and facilities overall were good. The staff were helpful and spoke good english, which helped make it a stressfree experience.
