Location, infrastructure, cleanliness, bed confort, but the staff was the best! From reception (the 3 people we had the pleasure to interact with), through breakfast. Liked the free snacks and sweets too. They helped us to have 2 rooms one next to the other, one king and the other 2 singles for a family of 4. We were really confortable. Also they helped us with a late check out. The breakfast was very good quality, typical Spanish options that we loved, plus the standard options. I will definitely stay again in this hotel.

The location is very good, cleanliness tip top , very friendly and helpful staff, enjoy the gym and rooftop bar and very good breakfast which comes with sparkling wine . Yeah… sparkling wine for welcome drink too and complimentary daily refill mini fridge in the room

This hotel is ideal if you want to explore some of the most iconic places in Barcelona. Sagrada Família and Passeig de Gracia are in easy walking distance. The balcony doors are keeping the street noise out in the best way to secure a very relaxing good night’s sleep.
And the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely a stay to recommend. Many bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood.

The location is excellent (15 mins walk from Sagrada La Familia and 25-30 mins from Born)
The hotel had everything needed including nice little extras like a bathrobe and inclusive mini bar (may be room-specific).
It was also quiet which made it nice to sleep.
Nothing really; the gym is a bit small but it works. It was too cold this time to try the pool (next time!) but the rooftop terrace was great.

Everything was perfect, location is great, big comfy beds. There is also a cute little rooftop pool with great views.
But the best thing about this hotel is the super friendly staff! Genuine, smiling, ready to help! Thank you for great stay!

Located in the city center (you can walk to all the major attractions and monuments), super clean, good breakfast, free mini bar, a charming pool at the rooftop of the hotel, coincierge available to help you with anything you need (from recommending restaurants to booking tickets for you)
We had a problem at the check in. Once we were in the room, someone’s stuff was already inside. They asked us to bring the bags to the reception because someone “forgot them” and after bringing them down it turned it out we were in the wrong room and they gave us the wrong keys. We went up and down 3 times until the issue was resolved, all by stairs, from the 5th floor, because the elevator wasn’t working at the moment. It was a very unpleasant experience since we got there at 10pm very tired after our flight. This was the only issue, everything else was really good. They apologized multiple times and gave us 2 bottles of wine as a gift.
