Perfect hotel with good location. Close to metro station. With one metro transfer it is possible to go to Airport in 50 minutes.
There is pool on rooftop which was open in december.

Staff, very personable & friendly we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nothing was too much trouble at all, very caring, our home away from home.
Beds & linen were heavenly.
Property, great location to explore beautiful city.

Very cheap furniture, the shower did not work very well, the window did not close fully, the shape of the room is long and narrow

Helpful staff on check in, pool roof top although too cold for us.
Our room was quite small with no view. Felt very boxed in for the price of room. Housekeeping were also very slow, often my room wasn’t clean until 4-5pm and I stayed 4 days :((

The hotel stuff were always attentive. I have stayed over 40 hotels in Europe, this hotel would make top 3 on my list been having the best sound proof room. The hotel housekeeper took my pajama by mistake while changing the sheet, the hotel stuff managed to track them down and shipped to my next hotel immediately. No one was perfect but I love their attitude and the way they handled things.
