Location was good
The room was very small for 3 people especially with suitcases ,the bathroom had a bad odour all the time ,breakfast wasn’t great to say how much it cost us not great variety at all .The pool on the top floor was so small no good for kids .

Really liked the location, good value, cute room
Unfortunately the room was smelly with bad odour emanating feom the toilet from sewage or plumbing issues. It smelled bad the whole time. On one of our nights, the air conditioner broke and we were drenched in sweat.

From the very warm welcome of the receptionist.. to the most comfortable bed and pillow.. very cosy hotel.
We enjoyed the rooftop with pool and the bar.. thanks to the lovely bartender. I would definetly book this hotel again and again. One of barcelonas finest hotel. Thanks for making our vacation very special.

The room was very nice, airconditioning works great. The bathroom is big! We really liked the athmosphere, service and rooftop bar. But the pool and rooftop bar is smaller then you think. If you are looking for a nice hotel in Barcelona, come here! We will definitely come back again.

Great location and staff. Was super helpful with luggage storage and when one of my friends weren’t feeling well. Comfortable beds and amenities
There was a loud group next to us one night at like 4am but otherwise pretty quiet. Shower also tended to get floor wet but it seems most European hotels have the half open shower

My wife and I just returned from an absolutely magical birthday celebration in Barcelona, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at Hotel Well and Come Barcelona. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the exceptional staff made our trip truly unforgettable.
Our experience began with Mae and Johanna at the front desk, who welcomed us with such genuine warmth and enthusiasm that we immediately felt at home. Their bright smiles and helpful recommendations set the perfect tone for our entire stay. Mae’s attention to detail when checking us in was remarkable, and Johanna’s local insights helped us discover some hidden gems in the city.
Throughout our stay, Carmillo was absolutely outstanding. He went above and beyond to attend to our every need, always with a friendly demeanor and professional expertise. Whether we needed restaurant recommendations, assistance with our luggage, or simply had questions about the local area, Carmillo was there with solutions and a smile. His dedication to guest satisfaction truly exemplifies the hotel’s commitment to excellence.
Marc and Sebas were equally fantastic members of the team. Their helpfulness and genuine care for our comfort made each interaction a pleasure. These staff members clearly understand what hospitality means, and their efforts contributed significantly to making my birthday celebration so special.
What made our stay particularly remarkable was how the hotel’s prime location and excellent service allowed us to explore Barcelona to its fullest. The strategic location meant we could easily access all the city’s incredible attractions, vibrant neighborhoods, and fantastic dining scene, while always having this welcoming haven to return to at the end of each adventure-filled day.
The combination of the hotel’s comfortable accommodations, perfect location, and most importantly, the extraordinary staff, made this birthday trip one we’ll treasure forever.
