Location was perfect, really liked the neighbourhood and felt safe there. Also enjoyed the rooftop terrace and pool, it was not overcrowded at all. Room size was good.
Bathroom had lots of mold.. also shower was leaking. Room cleaning was very late (around 15) when we wanted to rest before the evening.

Great location. Close to all the attractions but just off the main hustle and bustle giving you a sense of neighborhood feel. Very clean and well maintained hallways and rooms. AC was good and rooms were very good size for families. Safe and comfortable. Staff is phenomenal- especially Johanna and Camilo. They are so helpful, great personalities, always smiling and wanting to help make your stay comfortable. Also had great local restaurant recommendations. Fantastic experience and when I’m in Barcelona next this is my go to hotel.

Great location. Ten mins walk yo Sagrada Familia, 15 mins to Casa Battlo and Passeig de Gracia shops/sights. A Metro stn 2 mins away. Mini bar (free) with 4 cans of soft drinks, a bottle of water and bag of crisps refreshed daily was great. Bed was huge and really comfy. Air con was brilliant and quiet - a welcome respite from the searing heat & humidity. Staff were all super friendly and helpful - not just at reception but the breakfast team and cleaners too.

Room with two beds had so much storage so our bags never felt in the way. Would have preferred a door that provided a bit more privacy to the bathroom and the lightswitch to the toilet was oddly far away from the door. Enjoyed the coffee and tea service. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was not too far from things we wanted to see.
A little noisy and elevators were odd.
