This place is 4 stars+ from the very first impression. All of the staff seem to genuinely care about your experience and it shows. Thank you Camilo for always being available to help and to Rachel for the excellent service!
The location is excellent (15 mins walk from Sagrada La Familia and 25-30 mins from Born)
The hotel had everything needed including nice little extras like a bathrobe and inclusive mini bar (may be room-specific).
It was also quiet which made it nice to sleep.
Nothing really; the gym is a bit small but it works. It was too cold this time to try the pool (next time!) but the rooftop terrace was great.

Great location, in a very nice neighborhood, walking distance to most attractions, metro station is just one block away. Room is clean. Rooftop pool and bar area is a plus.

Everything was perfect, location is great, big comfy beds. There is also a cute little rooftop pool with great views.
But the best thing about this hotel is the super friendly staff! Genuine, smiling, ready to help! Thank you for great stay!

Located in the city center (you can walk to all the major attractions and monuments), super clean, good breakfast, free mini bar, a charming pool at the rooftop of the hotel, coincierge available to help you with anything you need (from recommending restaurants to booking tickets for you)
We had a problem at the check in. Once we were in the room, someone’s stuff was already inside. They asked us to bring the bags to the reception because someone “forgot them” and after bringing them down it turned it out we were in the wrong room and they gave us the wrong keys. We went up and down 3 times until the issue was resolved, all by stairs, from the 5th floor, because the elevator wasn’t working at the moment. It was a very unpleasant experience since we got there at 10pm very tired after our flight. This was the only issue, everything else was really good. They apologized multiple times and gave us 2 bottles of wine as a gift.

Very warm and friendly welcome by Julian on arrival. Location was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. We were on 6th floor on a Friday evening and the room was quiet (I'm a very light sleeper so this is really important for me). Other staff we met were also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay at this hotel again
