Very modern, clean. Excellent Bfast. Beds and bathroom excellent. Staff is best we've ever seen, friendly and very helpful. Sara, Johanna, Andy, and Rachel really were over the top with help and advice. Highly recommend.

We really loved our stay at this hotel! The location is perfect for sightseeing on foot, with so many wonderful places, bars, shop and café within walking distance. Everything was clean, comfortable and welcoming. We had such a lovely experience and would definitely be happy to come back!

The location was perfect for getting to the sites we wanted to see (close to cross-walk and metro station) and entire staff was outstanding.
The size of the room was a little too small.
Ice in the water jugs in the lobby would be nice.

Good location.
Beautiful reception.
Comfortable bed and bedding.
A tiny room with a tiny window looking out into the yard - five nights without light is a nightmare.
Rooftop terrace not accessible when you need it the most (ie evening). Swimming pool is cold.
Breakfast is a joke, in terms of service (terrible!), food quality and space to seat down and actually eat.

Unbelievable stay - beautiful hotel and staff could not do enough for you
Location was perfect, out of the major touristy area but an easy walk there. Rooftop was unreal! Just a gorgeous stay from start to finish!
