The location is perfect and the staff is very attentive and kind.
There wasn’t enough staff at breakfast (just one employee to take out the dirty dishes, wash them, replenish the buffet…). The room doors were very noisy as well as the room floor.

The location is perfect and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is better than other hotels - it has a lot of variety and very tasty. The room was clean and had everything needed. The lobby is welcoming and nicely decorated.
Some of the service is inconsistent. The phone in my room didn’t work and despite asking three times it was never addressed. The cleaning staff wasn’t always thorough. I chose this hotel over another one because it has a gym. But when I got there some of the equipment was broken.

Small cozy hotel that you can honestly miss if not paying attention but its very comfortable and elegant

We liked the location and front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and had free drinks and a bag of chips in the mini bar. We enjoyed our time on the rooftop relaxing.
We didn’t realize until later that when we stored our luggage at the front desk it is stored where the stairs are so anyone using the stairs has access to your luggage. Also the rooftop was nice but service was a bit strange. If anyone ordered food they left for making time and then there was no one to take drink orders. Maybe when it’s busier they have two people working at the same time.
