Very clean, friendly staff, convenient location. The staff stored our luggage safely until it was time to check in meanwhile we enjoyed the area luggage free.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. Convenient location, and comfortable room. All the hotel staff provided great service. Highly recommended for travellers visiting Barcelona

Breakfast was horrible, not much variety. Location of the hotel not in the best area. Room is small. Sink is in the bedroom, shower separate area and toilet separate area, it was disgusting. Separate bathroom instead of being in the bedroom.

Very friendly staff, and super location. Very convenient as it is close to Eixample which has many good restaurants, and is very pleasant (and safe, even in the evening). No sound of the street in the rooms either.

Breakfast, close to metro
Toilet is separate from sink. Both of them a separated from shower. It makes the stay very uncomfortable.
The person in living room hears all the sounds from toilet which is unacceptable for the required price.
The person of the night shift does not know how to buy tickets to metro.

Fantastic staff who went above & beyond. Fantastic suite with pool. Wonderful breakfast in terms of choice & quality. Lovely additional touches such as delivery of handmade chocolates at night. Just wonderful. Highly recommend.
Minor issue, toilet & shower cubicles with frosted glass doors. Would have preferred normal door frontage for more privacy.

Central location, modern decor and very good cleanliness. Lovely staff! It was lovely to receive complimentary champagne and chocolates when they realised it was my birthday the day of my stay!
