I loved everything about this property. I was warmly greeted and assisted by the kind and helpful staff upon arrival. My room was very nice and had everything I needed for a luxury comfortable stay. The breakfast served in the morning was great and the property was perfectly located in the center of the city as well.

Location, staff, room size and climate control
Bedsheets were a bit uncomfortable with loose layers. Shampoo felt a bit cheap (no foam) so I had to use my own. These were minor points in a otherwise very pleasant stay

Excellent hotel. Excellent location, breakfast was fabulous. Breakfast staff were excellent
We asked for a guided tour of LA Sagrada Famille, expressly with a guide but we paid an extra €6 per ticket for the basic self-guided entry. Very annoying. Self guide is not a guided tour.

location has excellent access to shops, restaurants and sites
There is no parking. I had limited mobility and had to find a parking garage, then take a taxi to the hotel.

Staff is kind of uninterested in the guests also the rooms are strangely configured with with no sink in the bathroom which is instead in the middle of the room.
