We'd recommend this hotel for the location and lovely staff. The hotel inside is nice, comfortable. The small gym was adequate. Our room had good features, like cabinets, closet space, balcony, great lighting, a safe. The balcony was nice to look out of and hang wet bathing suits from to dry. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Kudos to Marti, Adrian, Valery, and Jessy.
The hotel is on a busy street, so that means lots of traffic noise. The balcony has double French doors, which does keep the room quiet, however. It just limits use of the balcony. The breakfast room supervisor gave us a hard time when we didn't want the buffet that was full of gluten options that we couldn't eat. She was unnecessarily unpleasant. (We opted for other eateries on the street, of which there are many.)

The location is good – not far from the city center and easy to reach.
There was no information provided in advance that the hotel is located within a ZBE (Low Emission Zone). We tried to call before our arrival to ask about this, but the staff member we spoke to only managed to mention that there is a parking lot nearby – no information was given regarding the ZBE access or requirements.
Also, it seems that GDPR regulations are not properly followed here. Upon check-in, our passports – including those of our underage children – were taken and scanned without any explanation or consent. I believe the hotel should seriously reconsider how they handle personal data, especially when it involves minors.

Lovely staff who were so friendly and helpful. The room was really comfy and clean with lots of nice ammenities. Great value for the breakfast buffet; fresh and tasty food. Perfect location not far from Las Ramblas. Really enjoyed my stay!

The room was very small, with no wardrobe at all. Clothes had to be hung on a hanger placed next to the sink.
• There were no basic amenities like slippers, robe, or even extra towels.
• I used my towel on the first day, and when I requested a clean one the next morning (around 9 AM), the receptionist said housekeeping wasn’t available and I needed to go to reception myself to get it.
• Breakfast was very poor and served in a closed, uninviting area that felt like a garage.
Upon checkout, I asked for help with my luggage, and the receptionist told me no one was available to assist. Only after I expressed frustration did she agree to send someone.
• Overall, the service and quality were far from what you’d expect at a 4-star hotel.

The location was great. The access to public transportation was excellent. The staff here are very helpful. The room was very spacious and beautiful. My favorite part of the room was the terrace.
