Location is central and short walk to all the good restaurants, and Las Ramblas.
View from our room was back walls only :( Shower was hard to get proper temperature, it was too hot & no sign how to find cold vs hot water but no matter what I did, it was super hot and started steaming in the room. Pls put sign on handles where hot and cold is.

Some of the staff were very nice some not so.. pretty reasonable area close too metro and a beautiful bakery next door .
The other half off the staff . The construction noise now and then early in the morning . But the worst was the cannabis smell the hotel tell was coming from next door my room stank of it and I had a child with me . But they don’t see that as a problem as well it’s not coming from the hotel so what can they do about it? That’s your answer .

Towel heater didn't work, and reception just said, "Oh yeah, it doesn't work"
Unpleasant smell from the drains when you run water through them

Clean, spacious, modern, with all needed facilities, not too big, good location, the windows were not to the main street, so it was calm. Good breakfast. But there are plenty of breakfast options around.
We ordered a twin room, but got the double. It was an issue, because we are too friends, very sensitive sleepers. The hotel said that they don't see what options people order in Booking so you need to indicate your preferences by writing to them in advance. A foldable little sofa was prepared and we got breakfast as a refund but the stay would have been better with two comfy beds and less stress. The staff is professional and polite but not too friendly.
