The location of this Hotel is outstanding, and that is really what you pay for. Get a Metro Pass for sure. 1. Really close to the Urgell Metro Station. The place seemed safe with markets right outside the hotel. Around 15-20 min walk to Passeig de Gràcia Metro Station or Plaça de Catalunya where all the brand stores are available (Zara, Uniqlo, H&M, Stradivarius etc etc) Major tourist spots of Park Güell, Sagrada Familia, Casa Batlló, Casa Vicens, Gothic Quarter are manageable by metro. 2. Food & Drinks joints all around the property (Breakfast joints we went to - Belliny Brunch, Infinity Bar). 3. Pharmacy - less than 50 mtrs away 4. Mobile/Sim Card shops - Less than 100 mtrs on either side 5. Grocery Store - less than 25 mtrs away. 6. Room size is decent for 2 pax. 7. The staff were very receptive and helpful - 5 stars to them. 8. Money Exchange - Within 150 mtrs
1. Surprisingly, water is served only on Day 1. 2. It is just like an apartment in any building - don't expect a Hotel kind of feeling.

This was our second time in 3/4 years.We as a family of 4 love the space and the size of the room.
The shower curtain is a serious must fix and a rug/loose carpet under the beds could be a nice to have.We would have liked 4 cups and 4 glasses instead of two….

Amazing customer service. The hotel was exeptional and beyond. We loved our stay in the hotel. All staff were very polite and helpful. There was a wide varity at breakfast. Overall great experience. We strongly recommend the hotel.

Very Good
Very nice, cosy structure, well positioned with the Plaza de Catalunya and Passeig de Gracia just a stroll away. Also L1 Metro just under the Hotel. Fresh fruits and 2 glasses of Cava on arrival were much appreciated.
Temperature of the water in the shower difficult to regulate and extremely hot. Noises from the Metro could be heard from our first floor suite. We were very happy to avail of the option of a late check-out for a fee. However, a misunderstanding from the staff left us with a bitter taste just before leaving the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Barcelona, with easy access to Plaza Catalunya, Plaza de España, and Las Ramblas, which made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The family room was a great size, offering plenty of space and comfort, and the staff were consistently professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience and a great base for exploring Barcelona.
The room size was comfortable and met our needs well, although it could benefit from a small refresh or refurbishment to bring it up to date. The price felt a little steep for what was offered, and while we didn’t spend much time in the hotel, the common areas were on the smaller side. That said, it worked well enough as a place to rest between exploring the city.

Great location in City Centre. we had a nice room with a balcony (even on the 2nd floor, the view was great). Great to have the toilets and the shower separated and each with their own door. Staff was very helpful and multilingual. TV with international channel and tea/coffee provided. slippers and bath robes were also provided. They brought extra water and sweet after we arrived in the room, which a very nice gesture.
the hotel bombarded us with emails to do a pre-check-in online by scanning our ID card/passport but a lot of information were not read properly so names and first names were not right. entrance is small.
